Une très bonne adresse où il fait bon passer du temps dehors, dans le patio, quand la météo le permet. La cuisine est raffinée : le gaspacho, la tomate, ancestrale, ou encore le fondant au chocolat sont des incontournables! & le service est à l'image de l'enseigne : impeccable
J'y étais pour un dîner d'affaires & l'expérience fut remarquable. Les plats, à la fois savoureux & finement présentés, témoignent d'un grand raffinement culinaire & d'une belle mise en valeur des produits du terroir québécois.
Le service était irréprochable : attentif sans être intrusif, professionnel tout en demeurant chaleureux. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le jardin à l'arrière, un écrin de verdure qui offre une atmosphère paisible & élégante au coeur de la ville.
Maison Boulud conjugue avec justesse gastronomie, service & cadre exceptionnel. Une adresse incontournable, aussi bien pour les affaires que pour les moments d'exception.
We frequently go to Maison Bolud for special occasions)3-4tumes a year) I have shared in the past the beef rib steak for 2 people scallops & short ribs. This past visit on August 28/25 was not good I ordered the Halibut. Which was over cooked & the vegetables were tough . The dessert had raspberries which was good but there was a cone with raspberry which was very sour. A colleague had a tomato & rice dessert he said was not good also . I let the server know about the fish but she dismissed it . We won't be returning unless we want to have a beef dish . Our bill was $700 for 4 not worth it for overcooked fish

We were transported back in time to when my husband was here when he was much younger- the maitre d fit us in the day we called & we had the best table in the house. Y the duck pond. Gatten didn't miss a beat- from a fantastic food gras to our lobster Caesar & lobster black truffle risotto /. We were too full for dessert but left with hot Madeline's.. you know you are in a 5star restaurant when bread is incredible & we knew it the moment he brought the bread to us
Belle expérience chez Maison Boulud qui vaut à mon avis un 4.5/5. Le cadre est magnifique, élégant, chaleureux & on a eu l'opportunité de manger sur le jardin du Ritz-Carlton. Le service était impeccable, professionel avec une belle discrétion du personnel qui améliorait l'expérience. De plus, le service a été attentionner en portant un jolie geste envers nous en nous offrant des madelaines pour souligner notre anniversaire de mariage. Les plats sont raffinés & bien présentés rappelant la gastronomie française avec une touche moderne mise de l'avant dans les restaurants Boulud. La pieuvre grillée était bien cuite mais manquait un peu de caractère, l'assaisonnement était discret. Le foie gras de canard était de bonne qualité, gouteux & bien mis en valeur par la présentation. Mention spécial à la qualité du pain servis à volonté avec un beurre & focaccia maison. Ça a été un plus lorsque est venu le temps du foie gras. Pour ce qui est des plats principaux, la Caille Royale était tendre & savoureuse avec son jus à la cerise. L'agneau de Kamouraska était bien exécuté, avec une cuisson parfaite & bien accompagné avec les ravioli d'épaule. Cependant, les courgettes farcies à la ratatouille était décevante, il manquait ce goût riche des tomates & poivrons & les arômes des herbes. C'est pour ces raisons que j'enlèverai une étoile & demi. Globalement, l'expérience à Maison Boulud était excellente & je recommander fortement à tout le monde d'y faire un tour & de vivre une belle aventure culinaire.
One of Montreal's most elite restaurants, this establishment has also been awarded a Michelin star for 2025. It's an excellent choice for business dinners.

We dined at Maison Boulud, & our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the beautiful outdoor space, to the incredible service, & the fantastic food. Our waiter Julien was absolutely phenomenal - friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. The entire wait staff was wonderful. I can honestly say it was the best service we've had in Montreal in years. Bonus points for the personalized message on our dessert to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be back very soon!

The lunch special is definitely worth it. For 50$, you get an entree, a main meal & a dessert along with their bread service & their madeleine at the end. Everything is fresh & delicious.
Their dinner menu has more services but is also way more expensive.
The inside is beautiful & it's the perfect place for a nice meal with friends & family.

Exceptionnel. Cuisine haut de gamme. Mais, au delà, on a goûté à un monde auquel nous n'appartenons pas mais où nous sommes immédiatement sentis faire parti. Julien notre serveur était connaisseur compréhensif , accommodant, il a fait des miracles avec les restrictions alimentaires. Il était drôle, naturel, parfait. La sommelière a trouvé LE vin qui contentait toues les préférences contradictoires tout en restant dans nos gammes. Soirée exceptionnelle.
Un très grand merci à Thomas & à toutes l'équipe, au chef & assistant chef, c'était incroyablement délicieux & le service encore mieux!
