Had the chance to visit this dope spot due to a meetup event being hosted here. The place is right off the corner of the Metro, & it's great for convenience, but what was even more great was Joe's customer service.

Something that he did, which I think is missing in the customer service industry, is the art of personalized small talk to make the interaction more memorable. That's exactly what Joe did.

As I was paying for my matcha, he noticed & mentioned something we had in common, which then opened up the communication channel for more chitchat during my stay there.

Not only is the space super cool & what they offer, but what's even more cool is their customer service, especially Joe's, along with an honorable mention of my interactions with Lilly as I inquired more about how the space came to be.

Definitely my vibe all the way around. I'll be back soon to see if their WiFi holds up to their elevated experience.

Pastries & service were good. But what stood out was the espresso based coffees. One of the only ones in Montreal that is nutty & not acidic, really good coffee!

La serveuse était très gentille, les plats sont délicieux, la cuisine(où les bagels sont préparés) est très propre ainsi que les tables pour manger.
Le magasin de vêtements est très grand & comporte un large choix.
Je conseille les yeux fermés aux amoureux de viennoiseries & de cafés !!

Endroit avec bel espace ! Service très gentil & amical ! Le grilled cheese , énorme coup de coeur , simple mais pas besoin de bling bling pour que ça goûte bon , & la mini soupe tomates qui vient avec , tellement une bonne idée & elle est onctueuse & délicieuse . Mon matcha aux fraises était délicieux !
