Main Kitchen is truly a hidden gem in Hudson, & it's worth every bit of the trip! Their menu is packed with creative, flavorful dishes that never disappoint. I especially love the small plates concept-it's perfect for trying a variety of their tasty options. Each dish feels original, thoughtfully prepared, & bursting with flavor. & as a bonus, it's BYOW, which just adds to the experience. Can't believe I waited this long to write this review, but after countless amazing meals, it's time to give them the praise they deserve. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!

My consistent go-to spot for date night. Calibre of food is off the charts! Bryanna & Haley are awesome. Jay, Devon & Tino are exceptional chefs! Always a bankable experience that has us scheduling our next visit. Food is innovative, & dishes prepared are as satisfying as they are attractive in presentation!!

Main kitchen is a real gem. It's become my favourite place to go with my friends & family. They have the friendliest staff, the coziest ambiance & a menu that never disappoints! Plus, it changes regularly allowing you to savour many different dishes each time you come! The best byow restaurant off island, perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend it, as well as the alibi lounge next door once you finish your delightful meal!

Simply my favourite restaurant - great food - small portions that allows you to have many dishes. Menu changes regularly enough for variety. Bring your own wine which is also a big +. Recommended many times & all are quite pleased with this gem! If you are a foodie - this place is a must!

A special place really. Food is amazing but they tell you that the menu has small dishes, & the daily dish(special ones) are larger. the service is so good, they take their time to cook the food in a very special way. The dessert... ow really something else,specially the apple donuts !!crazy! taste!! the place is cozy but sometimes so crowded... Much recommended
