Offering an anonymous, sophisticated, and unique experience that’ll include live music and other performances. It goes without saying that you can grab a bite late at night here, along with a good stiff drink.

Cool speakeasy vibe, great atmosphere offering traditional seating, as well as, a couch area & a couple intimate spaces for two. Excited to see a dinner menu that included upscale choices. Food was fantastic, loved the salmon tartare, beef cheeks & signature Date Night cocktail. Excited to see what is to come in the future as this was an opening night! Will be back next time I'm in Montreal.

One of my new favourite spots in Montreal, it has a really cool speakeasy vibe & the cocktails are phenomenal. The food was good but it won't fill you up if you're hungry. The service was also wonderful.
The vibe & setting of the place is unique. I was pretty disappointed with the drinks though. Their food was tasty I ordered the olives & the cheese they were amazing.
Nice cocktails in a cool atmosphere. In this case, Magpie probably refers to the disorganized mishmash of unrelated decorations spread over the place, as the word could be defined as "a person who collects things, especially things of little use or value". But it's a fun speakeasy experience, with a great vibe & a cool secret entrance on Gilford. Unfortunately, they seemed understaffed that night & so the service was slow, but friendly. The Gins'N Roses cocktail was the nicest I've tried there so far. Apparently, at happy hour the cocktails are only $10, the pizza is $17, & they sometimes have live music.
Amazing service! Dimitri was the sweetest & was very personable. We really enjoyed his service & this beautiful speakeasy. Drinks were fabulous & the vibe was perfect for our birthday celebration! He even offered me a birthday shot & gave us an umbrella for the rain!
Absolutely great place with great staff. Friendly, atmospheric, good music, good drinks, what can you ask for more? We had a blast & I only wish we had more time to come back! The red decoration gives a classy vibe & there is ample space to feel comfortable. ❤️

Great, personable experience with Dimitri. He was so sweet, & we loved the vibes here. I told Dimitri what I was looking for in a drink, & he recommended their pisco sour & espresso martini. Both drinks encapsulated exactly what I was looking for in each drink. Props to the bartender who came by our table to say hello, & a kind thank you. Will definitely bring more people to this place!
Had a great night at this speakeasy! The food is great for sharing & so delicious. The vibe & music made me feel like I was not in Montreal. I can't wait to go back!
