The portions are pretty big but it is slightly expensive but the sides are really good & the chicken burger was very juicy & the staff was super nice & understanding
Terrible service. Soggy french fries. Waited 18min for my order + 5min because the guy was simply joking with his coworker in the kitchen before taking my order. He had a terrible accent when he was calling the numbers of the orders so nobody was understanding what he was calling. The sauce in the louisiana is way too intense & doesnt fit the chicken at all. It was a very cheap bbq sauce. I didnt asked for honey & he put one in my order & charged me for it. It was very cheap honey, too hard to dip anything & was totally an unfit mix for the louisiana. Almost 30$ for this...
i wish the sandwich was a bit fresher (it wasn't cOld but also definitely not hot) & the chicken a bit juicier, but a solid meal (albeit a bit expensive for JUST a sandwich). i got the sweet piri piri sandwich & added crispy onions. it was quite messy to eat, as the piece of chicken was decently sized, it was lathered generously in the sweet chili-like piri piri sauce, & the crunchy coleslaw was nice & creamy. again, not the highest quality chicken, it was definitely more crispy fried breading with a peppery seasoning than it was meat. the pickles were also uniquely sweet, which i kind of liked. i will admit that the bun was really good though - really soft & buttery !!
Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order & waited over 15 minutes. When I asked what was going on, they had the nerve to say there was no order at all. That's pure incompetence. Zero organization, zero communication, & zero respect for customers' time. If you can't manage orders, don't take them. Never ordering from this place again.

Depuis le temps que j'en entend parler, ce soir j'y suis allé. 3 Tenders, un burger classique & une poutine régulière & 1 sauce pour 48$ pour le tout. A mes yeux , c'est cher. Le burger est très bien, mais il manque un peu de sauce. La poutine , je l'ai bien aimé, la aussi j'aurais aime un peu plus de sauce. Mais tout de même bonne. Pour ce qui est des tenders, ils sont juste corrects. Je ne comprends pas un tel engouement, pour ce resto.
The sandwich was ok. But I think almost 15$ tx in for a simple basic chicken pickles & sauce sandwich is overpriced.
Place was trashed & filthy when we walked in not a table was cleaned up. We were alone in the place & still our order took 20m to prepare, a real, grueling & painful wait with music that had a 4s delay between the extremities of the room. Add to that the fact that anything installed on walls, ceiling & basically everywhere was crooked & most likely not done by licenced professionals. Finally, the food was mediocre & ludicrously expensive, how difficult is it to prepare a poutine in this province where it was invented for a reasonable price. Three thumbs down, will not come back.
J'ai pris un combo avec frites & poutine au popcorn chicken, & tout était chaud, savoureux & parfaitement préparé. Le personnel est très sympathique, rapide & accueillant, & l'endroit est propre & agréable. J'ai aussi apprécié que le resto soit ouvert 24 h - pratique pour un petit snack tardif ou un repas sur le pouce.
Bref, si vous aimez le poulet frit & la comfort food, c'est un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter ! Je reviendrai très bientôt.
Cheap prices, great food & the service from that one employee is great
Nourriture très bonne, mais erreur sur commande & pas moyen de parler à personne. Nous passons une commande pour 4, 1hr après nous recevons la commande & il manque 2 repas sur 4 & 1 breuvage. Nous tentons d'appeler mais aucune réponse non plus.
Beware of this location. They charged me for two dinners instead of one & then would not refund one! The person behind the counter said he couldn't fix it but he'd give it to his manager to fix. He wrote what needed to be fixed on the back of the receipt then took pictures of front & back & sent it to his manager. That was 3 weeks ago. NOTHING done & I have left three messages. Watch out for this location!
Update: 2026/01/18 I *did* receive my refund, so a shout-out to the info@madamepoulet support team. This kind of support is not the norm any more (!) so kudos for this.
