Disappointing food, despite the good service. The buns were mushy (likely microwaved), & the chicken was only lukewarm. The onion rings were hot but soaked in old oil, making them incredibly heavy & hard to finish. I wouldn't go back for the meal.

I ordered the 2 piece combo. Unfortunately the fries were too salty so I had to eat them with the BBQ sauce just to get through them. The fried chicken was alright. A generous portion size for the price I paid.
Only issue I had was with the worker who didn't understand my request in English nor French. Apparently the combo comes with a salad/coleslaw side & I asked him if I could substitute it with something else. He didn't get what I was asking & just kept repeating what the combo components are even though I already knew it.
The portions are pretty big but it is slightly expensive but the sides are really good & the chicken burger was very juicy & the staff was super nice & understanding

Terrible service. Soggy french fries. Waited 18min for my order + 5min because the guy was simply joking with his coworker in the kitchen before taking my order. He had a terrible accent when he was calling the numbers of the orders so nobody was understanding what he was calling. The sauce in the louisiana is way too intense & doesnt fit the chicken at all. It was a very cheap bbq sauce. I didnt asked for honey & he put one in my order & charged me for it. It was very cheap honey, too hard to dip anything & was totally an unfit mix for the louisiana. Almost 30$ for this...
i wish the sandwich was a bit fresher (it wasn't cOld but also definitely not hot) & the chicken a bit juicier, but a solid meal (albeit a bit expensive for JUST a sandwich). i got the sweet piri piri sandwich & added crispy onions. it was quite messy to eat, as the piece of chicken was decently sized, it was lathered generously in the sweet chili-like piri piri sauce, & the crunchy coleslaw was nice & creamy. again, not the highest quality chicken, it was definitely more crispy fried breading with a peppery seasoning than it was meat. the pickles were also uniquely sweet, which i kind of liked. i will admit that the bun was really good though - really soft & buttery !!
J'ai pris un combo avec frites & poutine au popcorn chicken, & tout était chaud, savoureux & parfaitement préparé. Le personnel est très sympathique, rapide & accueillant, & l'endroit est propre & agréable. J'ai aussi apprécié que le resto soit ouvert 24 h - pratique pour un petit snack tardif ou un repas sur le pouce.
Bref, si vous aimez le poulet frit & la comfort food, c'est un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter ! Je reviendrai très bientôt.
Food is good but pricey for what it is. They tend to forget some parts of the order so double check you have everything. The fried chicken is good as well as the piri piri poutine. This is a good spot if you're passing by but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go there.
I don't know why this place gets high praise. Chicken isn't freshly fried they took it out straight from a drawer. Mac & cheese was very very mid. Jack le coq is way better imho. They must have paid big bucks the influencers to advertise their tomacluk. Anyways not impressed & not going back.
