I'd heard about this place & wanted to go for a while, so I was happy to finally try it. The food was good, the service was super nice, & the place was overall clean. My only issue is the price & the fact that it's cash only-it's 2025; get an Interact machine. Second, the food was good, but it definitely wasn't cheap for what you got. Keep that in mind. I'm going to go back & try something else. The fried chicken burger was sweet. If the quality is the same, I'll give it a five-star rating, no issues.
The food was good - pretty run of the mill. Cash only. The place is so small & gets overcrowded quickly. We got hurried out after finishing the last mouthful.
NDG Luncheonette is an absolute gem! The food here is AMAZING - everything we tried on the menu is incredibly tasty, fresh, & perfectly balanced. They maintain such high quality while keeping prices reasonable. The atmosphere is fantastic, & the staff goes above & beyond with their kindness & attentive service. I'm already planning my next visit - can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a great dining experience.
This was Our first experience with food from montreal & it didn't disappoint. The coffee tasted fresh even though we came in the afternoon. The jjs breakfast & everything was seasoned just right with light fluffy eggs & crispy bacon & a bite from the sausage. The pancake came with apple compote & goat cheese & was phenominal. The sweetness of the apple complimented the goat cheese on top of a slightly firm but very fluffy pancake. The fried chicken sandwich was honestly the best one I've ever had. The atmosphere here felt so welcoming & homly. This place is definitely some where you have to come when visiting Montréal.
Went to NDG Luncheonette for brunch on Sunday, & it was a fantastic experience. The service from the staff was amazing-friendly, attentive, & welcoming. The interior has a charming old-fashioned diner vibe that adds to the experience. Just a heads-up, it's a cash-only spot, which can be a bit inconvenient nowadays, but the quality of the food & atmosphere more than make up for it. Highly recommend it for a cozy & nostalgic brunch!
Mon nouveau coup de coeur à NDG 😍 la cuisine était excellente & le service impeccable. Nous avions pris les pancakes à la pêche ainsi que les oeufs brouillés (super « fluffy » & bien assaisonnés) avec bacon & saucisse. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner pour un prochain brunch.
This place serves breakfast to feed your soul! The food, the staff everything about this place is 10/10!! Definitely i am going there again to enjoy my breakfast mornings! Specially the pancake with apple compote, simple but the best !! 🫶🏻
