Cute little spot to have breakfast . I thought the prices were very reasonable most expensive thing on the menu is like 20$ . Everything was delicious , even the kids gave a thumbs up . Didn't have a line like other comments I've seen which im grateful for . Will be back !

I am so sorry to have to tell this tale. But I must. I've been going to the Luncheonette for many years. But my visit today left me somewhat disappointed. I have waited up to 3O minutes for a table. Times I had chosen to seat at the counter & all this by my choice. Today my two friends I was with had never been there so I can tell you first timers not impressed. We had a second cup of coffee, paid the bill & perhaps ten minutes later were asked to leave!!! Because others were waiting!!! We are adults & I can tell you that won't happen again!!! The server made a bad decision / choice to ask a customer to leave!!!

If I could give this place more than five stars I would! I stumbled upon it one morning in Montreal while running errands, & it was seriously the best thing that could've happened to me.

The service was amazing, workers & very friendly & helpful. The food was BEYOND AMAZING. Possible one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Everything just tasted fresh & well prepared. The cooks really put care into what they were making. This was by far my favorite stop in Montreal, & I will definitely be back.

I didn't realize someone could mess up pancakes. The pancakes definitely didn't have enough butter & eggs. The mascarpone on the pancakes is the worst mascarpone I've ever had. Somehow it was like sand. I personally, don't want my pancakes already swimming in syrup before you give it to me. For how much these pancakes cost I would have liked at least a little bit of fresh fruit. I got the smash burger with the breakfast potatoes. The breakfast potatoes were incredibly bland & under seasoned, whereas the smash burger was small but incredibly salty. If they added less salt to the burger, It would've been a pretty solid smash burger. Considering the breakfast potatoes are an extra three dollar charge, they were horrible. Overall the diner is not worth your time or money.

Very cute trendy vibe diner. The food was basic, regular brunch food, eggs, potato, bacon ect.. No gluten free bread. I'm not crazy about the cash only policy.
The service was also basic, it was not busy, & I feel we always had to flag someone to help us.
Also their phone doesn't work, so don't try & call them.

Went to this place a few days ago.
We went for lunch, amazing lunch options. Tuna salad sandwich was one of the best I have had. Service was super friendly & relaxed. Great coffee too! Totally going back.

Mid overpriced food, mid service, place isn't super clean. Cash only so we had to use their atm. Noticed the total on the bill was wrong so had to make another atm transaction & paid 7$ total in fees 🙃

Cute little neighborhood bistro.
I was looking forward to trying it, but disappointed
We found the food ok but too expensive for ok food. But be ready to wait. It was almost an hour until we were served.
Unfortunately the service is where they lost us. We arrived when it was busy so sat at a little side table that was in the way & not comfortable, more a garden table. When it got quiet, before we got our food we asked to move to one of the banquets, we were informed they were for 3 or more people, but then watched them seat 4 sets of 2 people during our meal. It felt like they cared more for the people that might come than the guests they already had.
We were served ans never asked again if we needed anything. All in all... we tried it but never again
