I have had several good experiences at Lulu's. The food is always great & affordable, & service is amazing. Last time I went as a group of 3 & we received the best service from Mae, an employee at the de Maisonneuve location. She was very friendly, kind, & welcoming, & really went above & beyond, which really enhanced our overall experience. Would definitely recommend.
Both the pistachio campanelle & in-person service are amazing. Generous portion for one person & could be shared as a light meal for 2 people.
However, when placing online orders for the exact same pasta, there seems to be a lot less sauce & seasoning.
12/10 service. So friendly, thoughtful, & when they weren't attending to clients, workers were meticulously cleaning the space. I get the love for Lulu's now, it's a really nice experience-it felt like they were trained for the Ritz Carlton.
Food is tasty if you love pasta!
It was a chilly day & there is no vestibule, so the dining space was a little cold when the door opened. & I personally found the music a little too loud & I don't love TVs in the dining room.
Going back to the service, I hope the manager knows the two nice black women (just to help identify them) at the front are top-notch employees, the kind that are very hard to find, & are being rewarded accordingly haha.
Le personnel du samedi 27 décembre etait super serviable & très efficace. La caissière(18h20) etait tres agréable & a bien expliqué le concept du restaurant. Je recommande
5 stars for the pasta! Cooked to al dente perfection. Staff was super helpful in explaining the concept of the restaurant & helping us make a choice on what to get. The cannoli wasn't very good & kind of small but the pasta was out of this world

Très mauvaise expérience. Je me suis déplacé(e) au restaurant pour récupérer une commande en ligne, mais l'accueil était vraiment décevant.
La personne à l'accueil a été froide, peu professionnelle & désagréable dans sa façon de parler. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger alors que je venais simplement récupérer une commande déjà payée.
Aucun sens du service client, pas de respect ni d'amabilité. Franchement, ça donne pas envie de revenir. J'espère que la direction prendra ce genre de comportement au sérieux.

I should have never gone to try Lulu's Pasta Bar because now I officially have no excuse to go to the gym!! I'm not even a pasta person but wow the concept is amazing. The pasta is cooked perfectly & absolutely delicious. I was honestly surprised as someone who stays away from carbs. The service is super quick 10/10. It's the perfect spot to grab a satisfying meal between classes. Highly recommend.
