The customer service here absolutely phenomenal, & the fresh pasta is delicious. I normally wouldn't pay 15-20$ for food I can easily make at home but the quality of service & portion size makes it worth it !
Tried the aglio & toscana pastas & wow! The pastas are super fresh & tasty, with great in person service. The staff is very friendly n helpful.
Only felt that the aglio could have had more chopped garlic since I felt it was less per Aglio recipe.
But overall, a highly recommended place for fresh pastas & desserts.
The place is completely full, which already says a lot. Nice atmosphere, lovely interior, very clean place. Pasta is DELICIOUS!
The staff & service are excellent, the workers are very polite, attentive, & courteous. I received my order in a couple of minutes even though restaurant was overloaded. I will invite my friends next time, just make sure that we will find a free spot.
The only suggestion I could make is for customers who eating in to use reusable tableware (for eco-conscious reasons), but for me personally the portion was so big that I took it home with me. Thank you!

Le rythme de travail infernal imposé par l'achalandage & la petitesse des lieux est professionnellement encaissé par tout le personnel.
Tout les types de clients sont biens accueillis ; de la pinbèche, au p'tit pas vite, en passant par le branché que tu'interrompts' en voulant connaître sa commande. Même les clients perdus dans ce'nouveau' concept de restauration rapide haut de gamme, seront servis avec patience & enthousiasme.

Well now that was just amazing. Went to the location on De Maisonneuve. From the min we walked in we were greeted with multiple hellos. Got to the cash & the young lady explained everything on how the system works. Presentation was great portion size was more than enough. Fresh hot perfectly done. Can't wait to go back & try your other types. The entire team was amazing 👏🏽
Si vous avez envie de bonnes pâtes à prix raisonnable, allez chez Lulu. Ambiance décontractée, le service est rapide & le personnel est super serviable, gentils, souriant & généreux!
Les pâtes sont délicieuses, la quantité généreuse, la sauce délicieuse. Lorsqu'on vous apporte vous pâtes, elles sont brûlantes, chaudes & savoureuses! Chaque variété goûte différemment - il va falloir y retourner pour en essayer d'autres!
Le seul petit point, la musique était un peu forte...
Il y a un bon moment que je voulais tester ce bar à pâtes. J'ai tester le Bacon Pepe puisque c'est une nouveauté & c'était ma première fois je me suis dit qu'une nouveauté était une valeur sûre. Pour être honnête ça ne goûtait rien du tout, même pas le poivre comme c'est supposé. C'est un des pire plat de pâte que j'ai mangé & je suis très déçue.
Par contre le personnel était très accueillant, répondant à mes questions & me conseillant, mais je ne crois pas que ça vaut la peine d'y retourner.
