Somebody recommend me to try this place few years back but I don't know why I've decided to try it only this year. It's really taste & even if it cost +20$ a bowl of pasta, you can't compared with a regular store bought pasta. It's worth the price for the ratio in quantity & quality when you think about it 🥰
I've been going there a few times now & I often eat there for lunch at my every visit in this mall center 🩷
I like the concept of when you have leftover, you can simply put the lid on & go home with it so it's pretty convenient ❤?

Let me start by saying that I went back to get names so I could share them here because they deserve the mention.
From the moment we got to the front to order, Vanessa greeted us with a smile & was patient as we asked a few questions to personalize our choice.
Then the food. Wow. Tuscan Chicken for me. Creamy & tasty & good to the last bite. My wife had the truffle & loved it so much, she didn't even want to try mine lol.
& that's when the special touch came. While we were sitting in the middle of this food court, a lady (I believe her name is Dahlia) came & asked if we wanted more cheese. Uh… YES PLEASE!!! She then proceeded to grate fresh cheese into our bowls.
I admit, I was sitting there thinking'$20 is a bit much for a plate of pasta.' But after that? Now it was a $25 meal'experience'. I was being taken care of at my table… in the middle of the mall.
Had to say something but the manager had left so I was pointed to Marc who was extremely humble & graciously accepted the compliment to the entire staff.
Over all a great team effort. We will go back!

Je recommande vivement Lulus Pasta Bar ! Hiba est vraiment très accueillante, chaleureuse & à l'écoute. Elle nous a aidés tout au long du repas & est même venue nous voir à table pour s'assurer que tout s'était bien passé, ce qui est très appréciable. Elle a aussi proposé du fromage en plus, un petit geste qui fait la différence ! Elle est hyper sympa. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le service, rapide & professionnel. Une super expérience, je reviendrai sans hésiter !
Same good food at a regular Lulu. Would really made my experience stand out that maybe you want to put this review is that I thought that is very sweet that had a fast food type Lulu's pasta bar somebody came up to me offered me lollipops & put more cheese on my pasta. 10 out of 10 service.

Les pasta toscane vraiment délicieuse , la portion généreuse, la sauce bolognese trop sucrée selon mes goûts, sinon niveau attente c'est quand même assez long… il y avait pas de ligne mais c'était un bon 20 min d'attente en ligne debout … j'ai eu le temps de boire mon coke au complet avant mon repas. J'y retournerais mais je commanderais avant pour faire une cueillette.

Plus amazing service after purchase! I was thinking after half my bowl that more Parmesan would be great, but didn't wanna go back to the cash (cause that would be weird). Then the staff (thanks Alissia) came & offered candy & more grated Parmesan just like that!

Lulu's Pasta Bar is hands down our family's favourite spot for healthy fast food-& for good reason. Their fresh pasta made with quality, wholesome ingredients is always delicious, & the portions are incredibly generous. Whether we're grabbing takeout or eating in the mall, the experience is always amazing. We love watching the staff in action in the restaurant-so efficient, friendly, & passionate about what they do. You can truly feel how much the owners care about both the quality of their food & their customer service. It shows in every detail. Highly recommend!
Fresh, flavorful, & fun! I loved being able to customize my pasta with so many great options. Everything was cooked perfectly, the staff was friendly, & the atmosphere was inviting. Definitely coming back for another bowl of comfort. 🍝
