First time ever I had been this disappointed. First of all, we ordered the $140 Porterhouse for 2. Medium rare. It came almost well done. Now, I know it is hard to cook such a big piece of meat, but it's aggravating spending $140 + tax & tip & 20% of the steak is burnt (zero zero pink inside even). & even the middle pieces weren't medium rare. I wouldn't have been annoyed if the inside the Medium rare & the outside was Medium or even Medium well, but that wasn't the case. Second, I changed my fries for the mashed, & was charged $7 extra. Wait what? I paid $140 for a steak, & I can't even pick my 2 sides?! Seriously? We went for the salad & mashed as sides, & was charged $7 to change the fries to mashed, that's robbery. Third, the service was awful. We sat in the back of the main room, & it seemed like our waitress only has our table in that area. So because of that, she was never around. It took forever to order. But what really got me going, was getting our bills. 20 minutes after the plates were cleared, she was no where to be found. I finally has to ask a busboy to get our bills. Finally, she comes with the bills, & then disappears again for another 20 minutes. So I had to ask AGAIN for the machine. & then she comes running. She obviously was working another section & our table was an outlier. Lastly, the first jug of water we got tasted moldy honestly. We had to ask for a new one. Just overall a poor experience, & shocking one as well.
Overall good food & great service. Grilled octopus & seafood linguine was wonderful however disappointed with the size of the calamari appetizer as it is definitely not a sharing portion for the price. Pickles in the Ceasars salad was great, Iiked the twist.
Father's Day:
Reservation for noon lunch
The servers were very friendly & attentive. ( Baptiste)
We both had a 10 ounces filet mignon ( one with fries, one with salad) cooked the way we asked ( medium well done) . We would go back in a heart beat. It was a very nice experience.
The 2 filet mignon were very good. The 2 strip sirloin were tough. Ceasar salad very good. Waitress was ok for drinks, main courses, but disappeared after we were finished. After 30mins waiting, we got someone to bring the bill, & went to Dairy Queen for dessert! We might go back, but not a first choice.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre repas (huîtres, salade, steak & guédilles homard) par contre pour le dessert beaucoup trop dispendieux rapport qualité prix.
Date night with my wife. You go out to have a nice evening & you are in & out in 45 min!!! Not quite what we expected. The waitress took our order & drinks. We got our entrees before our drinks. you expect to get your drink enjoy your drink, chat & then get your entrees. As main course my wife ordered squid with greek salad. Everytime we go to Lucille's my wife takes this dish & the portions get smaller & smaller. Unfortunately Lucille's is not a place to go to enjoy an evening. They want you out ASAP. Sad to say this is a big turnoff. We don't get it this at the restaurant on the other side of the mall.
Oysters were amazing, kale salad was meh, but the fried cauliflower was to die for! Recommend this resto!
Second visit for my wife & I, brought our daughter & family to enjoy dining at Lucille.
A dozen oysters were enjoyed by 4 of us.
Our choice of main dish varied from sea bass to surf & turf, fish & chips for me ( quite salty).
Our daughter enjoyed her wedge salad, a dish not found in Europe she says. Younger grandson had the grilled octopus, & polished it off.
We had a dry Prosecco with the oysters, & a btle of Sancerre for the main course , both suggested by our attentive & knowledgeable waiter Baptiste. Bravo
Manquait du jus de tomates donc pas de bloody mary...& pour la première fois la pieuvre n'était pas aussi tendre que d'habitude - la salade wedge très bonne- mon mari steak tb & nos amis saumon bon & fish & ships tb -
The ambiance was good, food was very tasty. I'm only giving 4 stars because when I asked if a small salad was available for me to order to go along with my main meal the waitress only pointed out the more expensive starter salads but when I looked in more detail after she left our table I saw that salads were available in their sides section of the menu for a quarter of the price.
Busy Wednesday night sat in the middle of heavy server traffic because we were only two. The server was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed & disinterested- came back for something I had really enjoyed yet this time was overly acidic both the side salad as well as the guacamole. Wasn't able to fully enjoy my food. Not good enough to return - teach your staff to accommodate - if I can't drink alcohol maybe suggest fun mocktail like other restaurants have done - there's no real point writing reviews this place doesn't care nor do they need my $150.
My wife & I enjoyed a wonderful evening, celebrating our wedding anniversary Wednesday Nov 23rd.
My wife had the sea bass, cooked to perfection, I ordered the steak+frites, medium rare, excellent!
Only down note was the fries while tasty were very salty, same for the salad accompanying the sea bass.
Wide choice of wines by the glass,
Great service by Marylou btw.

Excellent service from a very attentive staff. Shared the octopus salad followed by the angus beef sliders. All excellent. Easily the best in the west island.
Restaurant food is crap. I ate at Monkland Lucilles iin Ndg & Fairview. Both were very disappointing. The menu was limited, we were eight people & everyone was very pissed off at portion sizes, blandness, service was horrible. Asked for bread, the waiter brought four tiny toasts that looked like they were to be used for croutons. Brought frozen butter, when we commented the butted was frozen another staff brought melted butter! My friend who's birthday it was said, "can we get some real bread as we are right people", the waiter replied "we don't do bread!" our response should have been "we don't tip". Needless to say the food was crap at both lucilles I have been to. Unprofessional staff. {college kids?}. Overpriced & small portions withbetter food at fast food restaurants. I personally had two hamburger plate. Asked for well done, the waiter said" the hamburgers come pre-made! " wtf does that mean? Someone had lamb chops with basically no meat on them. Another had seared tuna, it was in a bowl & he said the texture was as if it came out of a can. Oh garnishing was leafy salad. Very plain. That's it! I usually do not write reviews but I wouldn't want anyone to waste their money on this place. I doubt they will be around long. Bonne Appetite!
