We were really looking forward to visiting this new restaurant after having sampled their lobster rolls from their food truck. Not even close, bus boys have no experience removing plates while others are eating at the table. I ordered the ribs neat was dry & loaded with room temperature BBQ says which drenched my fries , the lobster rolls where served with too much mayo that it was too wet & not enough meat. All in all I would not go back. Many other choices in the west island. Waitress was very good & very polite.

Quantity & quality of food (lobster rolls) has decreased yet prices substantially increased, drink & food order were delayed due to mix ups, dessert (pecan pie) overpriced & unedible (where was the filling?). Waitress tried to helpful as possible.

Ordered the lobster roll & ribs surf & turf. was very good, portion was big. Service was great as well.

Theo our server was very good
My Kansas steak was ordered mid rare closer to rare however the first I received was closer to mid well, the replacement was better but still missed the mark, my wife's lobster rolls had already been sitting for a while so I decided to accept it, it was delicious however work needs to be done to meet the cook request.
Nick the manager came over & apologized, perhaps an offer of an appetizer or dessert on the house could have been offered?
Overall we enjoyed our experience & will return.

For the price you charge for lobster rolls you may want to consider not ruining them with the worst mayo that exists. As for the service after we received our meals I guess our server decided they were done with us because no one came by our table to even ask if we wanted another drink or absolutely anything until we requested the check. To give you perspective that's about an hour of being ignored.

We thoroughly enjoyed having lunch at Lucille's Fairview. The steak was delicious as well as the lobster rolls. Service was friendly & efficient. Ambiance was great!

Food was okay. My husband had fish & chips & it was mostly batter. The lobster rolls were good. I found it overall pricey for what we got.

Nice service but...
Menus were filthy
I ordered lobster rolls / several pieces were super cold - overall disappointing
Linguine w seafood -
small portion of pasta (costs so little?!?) - my son was still hungry after his meal.
Not worth the $.

Great service, but the food was very average. I was probably expecting more from Lucille's but the lobster roll was very watery & the ribs were over cooked, they stuck to the bone... great wine list though!
