I love this place. It's always fresh backed bread. Delicious pastry. If you could do filter coffee that would be amazing.
The food at Boulangerie Louise is consistently fresh & delicious, it's clear they take pride in their baking. I go often for breakfast & always enjoy the quality of the products. Unfortunately, the service doesn't match the experience. Staff are disengaged, rarely smile, & there's little to no customer interaction. It's a shame, because the space is charming & has so much potential. With a bit more warmth & personality from the team, it could truly be a standout neighborhood spot.
