Since its creation, Lola Rosa is non-vegetarians' favorite vegetarian restaurant. We want to prove that eating without meat is possible and delicious. We offer appetizing dishes inspired from our mothers and grand-mothers. A ragout, a curry, chilli, tomato tart and lasagna are some items found on the menu.
We serve you, in a homely manner, the best Nachos in town! All in a warm decor. Try one of our local beers to pair with those Nachos. And if that's not enough to inspire you, or if you are looking for ideas for your next philosophy class, all you need to do is open our table drawers.
Reviews describe Lola Rosa as a cozy, welcoming vegan and vegetarian friendly spot near Place des Arts with a lively vibe and plenty of plant based options that appeal to everyone. The menu includes crowd pleasers like chickpea fries, curry dishes, lasagna, the Cajun burger, poutine and desserts, and reviewers note thoughtful allergen information and strong value. Service is repeatedly praised as friendly, attentive, and efficient, with many mentioning a warm welcome and helpful staff, though a few visits mention slow days or occasional inconsistencies. The atmosphere, plant filled decor and the terrace add to the appeal for casual meals, dates, or group gatherings, and the space is described as clean and comfortable. Private events are highlighted as well organized with accommodating staff. Some reviews point out noise or that a couple of dishes could use more flavor, but the overall sentiment is that Lola Rosa delivers dependable plant based fare that even non vegans often enjoy.
Amazing vegan fare! I had the latte & brownie dessert. My friend had 3 different types of ice-cream. ALL of it was delicious! Lovely decor in the Place-des-Arts area. Easy to see why it is still in business.

The waiter that served us was the sweetest human ever! The food was okay, but it wasn't my favourite personally. Maybe it was the specific things we ordered but there was something off. I had heard a lot of good things about the nachos, so my friend & I ordered them, but I don't understand the hype. Other than that, the dessert was incredible (seasonal strawberry tart) & the decor & location were perfect!
Service excessivement long, un seul serveur sur le plancher, mais 4 autres membres du personnel sont là, à faire on ne sait pas quoi. À l'heure du brunch, on y sert même pas de pain! Le tofu brouillé est servi tiède-froid.
Chickpea chips & terrine were disappointing. But the Tunisian stew was nice, as was the key lime pie. Nice to have a choice of interesting vegan choices.
