The buffet and menu showcase a wide, high quality variety with fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation across seafood, beef, eggs, pastries, and desserts. Guests note the space is especially friendly for families and groups, with attentive staff who ensure every detail is looked after without being intrusive. While a few reviews mention price being on the higher side or occasional service lags during busy periods, the overall experience is described as delicious, well curated and well worth returning for.
We whent for brunch today. Nice decor, nice ambiance, okay service unfortunately. The buffet is full of a lot of the same. Limited selection of actual brunch foods. If you are gluten free or dairy intolerant, which i had 2 of in my groupe, the pickings were very slim. The scrambled eggs are full of milk or cream. Tge benedicts are obviously full of butter. So no eggs. Fried chicken, smoked meat ( dry as hell) & overcooked bacon. I politely asked our server if he could ask the kitchen to fry us a few eggs. Simple request. I was told no, thats not an option. End of discussion. So i whent straight to the source. The nice guy who was managing the food on the buffet. Asked him the same request for some fried eggs.'Let me go ask the chef' was his answer. Came back promptly with a yes. Nice. The eggs showed up at our table 30 minutes later, as if someone was unhappy about the extra work. We were finished eating by then, having figured we were not getting the eggs. A for effort, E for efficiency. & then they tack on an automatic 15% tip for tables over 6. Our server barely did what a bussboy would normally do, & gotba 50$ tip from our table.
75$per person with tax & tip for a very mediocre selection & service. If it had not been for the buffet runner, this would have been a 1 star.
I have been in the food industry for a long time & would not suggest this brunch to friends.
I came here on a Sunday with reservations for brunch. My reservations said'high top seating' but it's not what I was given. Nonetheless, we didn't have to wait for a table when we got there.
We sat down & our waiter greeted us right away, but after that it seemed as though our waiter forgot we existed. We didn't have a drink menu on our table & our waiter didn't try to sell us any of the drink specials. We had to ask another waiter to refill our waters & clear our table. He came back to check on us because he noticed our assigned waiter wasn't. When we were ready to go, the second waiter asked our assigned waiter to get us out bill & he seemed annoyed.
As for the food, it was ok. Not a very big buffet but what we ate was good. I originally found this place from a reel on Instagram & it made it seem larger.
Not sure I would come back. It was an ok experience but not worth driving downtown for.

Retourné pour le brunch St-Valentin 2026.
Très déçu, payer le double pour voir trois huîtres se battrent en duel dans une mini chaloupe décorative avec pour seule mignonnette de la sauce soya. Tout le reste du buffet inchangé.
Dommage, de devoir déclasser le brunch du Lloyd. Il sera aisé de trouver mieux pour 95$ par personne.

Nous avons adorer notre expérience! Nous y étions pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma mère & ma soeur. Pour 16 personnes l'option buffet brunch était parfait. Nous avions une salle pour nous. Notre serveuse était gentille & à l'écoute. La nourriture était très bonnes & varier! Nous y retournerons assurément !
Le goût des plats, la diversité des plats du buffet à volonté & la qualité de service de Graziano notre serveur, m'ont convaincu d'y retourner sans modération. Je recommande à 100%
Lloyd pulls off the great holiday buffets to celebrate Christmas, Easter, & Mother's Day. They may be the last of the fine dining buffets in Canada. Food is always great with wide variety catering to every taste & diet. Kudos for presentation & taste.
During buffets, service is a little slower. I think my server had 45 covers to manage which is huge.
Lloyd is the place to visit for celebrations.
Definitely would have given 5 stars if the Irish Coffee came with cream....pretty sure it melted while I was waiting for it.

Le lieu est magnifique, très propre. Le service est impeccable. Cependant, le buffet du brunch est déçevant sur certains points que nous n'avons pas apprécier. Beaucoup de choix variée. Nous n'y retournerons pas, mais bon pour un'once in a lifetime'
From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome. Erika greeted us with such warmth & kindness, & Graziano gave a great service all evening. The atmosphere was cozy & full of charm, making it such a lovely place to relax & enjoy a meal. The sea bass was perfectly cooked & truly the best we've ever had, & the chocolate dessert was absolutely delicious. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. Also loved their breakfast buffet! We'd definitely come back!

Brunch en famille ce samedi midi. Le buffet est incroyable avec des produits très frais, de très bonne qualité & cuisinés sur place. Une très grande variété de plats, pour tous les goûts & pour tous les régimes alimentaires.
Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le service est au top & reste très discret pour profiter de ce moment. C'est un brunch incontournable à Montréal , n'hésitez pas à venir le découvrir.
Determined to stay delighted for my brunch date today, I couldn't help but feel let down by the buffet's variety & quality.
The rib steak tray sat neglected, with the same dried-up pieces lingering far too long, never replenished. The bowl of bocconcini & baby tomatoes was depleted early on & never refilled.
Watermelon arrived with browned, soggy rinds sitting in a pool of liquid. The milk for cereal was left in a bucket of melted ice water-far from chilled-making me hesitant to give it to my child. Even the Cheerios were stale.
On est allés pour le brunch, buffet très varié, trop bon! Service vraiment impeccable, on a adoré notre serveur, juste incroyable (Stéphane)🥰 ! On y retournera

J'ai célébré mon anniversaire à votre restaurant avant 12h. C'était calme & presque personne au buffet lorsque nous servons. Je recommande fortement. Les seuls points à améliorer sont des tables plus solides pour la prix du service, mettre poivre/salière aux tables, napperons sous les assiettes afin d'éviter de salir toute la table.
Les toilettes sont à l'extérieur, en face (le logo est visible). Celles-ci sont très belles & propre.
Un brunch familial haut de gamme qui vaut le détour !
Première visite pour découvrir le brunch du Lloyd, & ce fut une excellente surprise. On est loin du charme rustique des petits brunchs typiquement montréalais… mais justement : on est au Marriott, & c'est là que la différence se fait !
Le buffet rappelle ceux des bons hôtels à l'international : généreux, varié, de qualité. C'est exactement ce qu'on aime - une vraie expérience brunch, avec de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts.
Un vrai plus pour les familles :
Contrairement à beaucoup d'endroits où l'on est vite à l'étroit, ici, l'espace est pensé pour accueillir les familles sans stress. Réhausseur pour nos enfant, chaise haute pour le bébé, de la place pour la poussette… tout y était, & sans compromis sur le confort.
Côté prix, c'est plus élevé qu'un brunch de quartier, mais très raisonnable au vu de la qualité de l'offre & du service.
Plein de petits détails qui font la différence. Si la qualité reste au rendez-vous, ce ne sera certainement pas notre dernière visite !
