The staff is always so kind & patient, explaining to us & other customers new soup bases. They are also very efficient service wise: you order & less than five minutes, the ingredients come to your table. Make sure to try out their new soup bases. I'll definitely come back. :)

Very good soup, fresh foods & great service from staffs! I recommand this restaurant even to wait for a seat, because they compense your waiting time by a 12% discount on your bill.

Incroyable, le service étais à un niveau très très élevé. Pas besoin de demander un serveur car elle venais nous voir très régulièrement. Service chaleureux & impeccable. Pour revenir à le hot pot c'étais la meilleure expérience que j'ai eu en 20 ans de recherche j'ai essayé plusieurs fondu mais aucune n'arrive a la hauteur de Liuyishou fondu. La bouffe étais frai la viande aussi bonne ! le poulet frits étais offaire avec le repas wow wow wow ! à ne pas raté je voué recomende fortement si vous aimez le Épicé. Pour les amateurs de Spice je voulais au début prend la soup à 🌶🌶🌶 la serveuse m'a recommande celle de 🌶🌶 & moi qui aime manger épicé je crois que 🌶 sa aurait étais correct 😅😆encore un énorme merci à la serveur qui m'a recommandé de ne pas prendre la soup 3 pimant très épicé par chance on avais 2 bouillon 😁😁 les réservations ne sont que disponible pour 4 personnes & plus mais nous somme allez vers 17h30 un lundi & il y avais de la place nous avons eu 2h00 largement suffisant pour un restaurant à volonté. Même lundi le resto était remplie. Bonne ambiance, belle salle à mangé un arrêt sur à Montréal.

I only gave it 2 stars since number one, there was a bug which was dead. Number two, last time I came here, for children nobody asked how old they were & it was free, but this time children 10 & 10+ wasn't free, so much inconsistency. The food was generally average, I've had better. The pineapple burned my tongue. The service was extremely slow. The chicken who was supposed to be cooked was also raw. No ice cream! The only dessert was just a sweet soup.

This is by far the best fondue/hotpot restaurant in MTL! Food was super fresh. Rolls were newly sliced & the fried meat was crispy like it was served just out of the pot. Soup base was incomparably good. There was a bit room for the service to improve though. We were constantly served with dishes we never ordered. Staff always looked like they were rushing to the next table while we asked them for service. Not bad, but definitely not the best. Prepare for queuing. Restaurant was surprisingly busy even on Lundi & there still were a bunch of people lining up for a table when we got out of the place.

Walked in here yesterday for three people 30mins before their last call & we were seated within 10mins. The servers are friendly & accommodating. We ordered three different soup broths- laksa, tomato & chicken. All was delicious! We were too hungry & ate so much. We were not rushed out & the server made sure to ask for our last orders before they closed the kitchen for the night. The sauce station had more to offer than the usual spot I go to. They had taro sesame balls, assorted cut up fruits, pickled chicken feet, other things I could not recall. I was $33 per person for all you can eat with so much food items to choose from! What a delicious experience. Did not take enough photos this time because we were too busy to eat! Highly recommended!
