She explained very clearly, & helped us follow up the order from time to time. During the mealtime, she always asked us if we had enough to eat or if we needed help. She is super gentle & hospitable.(੭•̀ω•́)੭✧⃛👍🏻👍🏻
Excellent restaurant for hot pot. Despite being all you can eat, the food is delicious. There are many choices to suit every preferences. The restaurant is clean & has a great atmosphere. The service is top notch, the waitress Yiyi took the time to explain everything & was very fast & always available.
an amazing place to eat at when you're feeling hungry as it is an all you can eat. we were a group of 5 people & were immediately assigned a seat for lunch on a weekend. the ordering is done online & it's very convenient since there's minimal interaction with the staff. the food is very satisfying & i would definitely return!
This is okay😔.They used to be way better but now that they changed boss stuff are kinda diff :(.At least it's all you can eat😍
A very nice hotpot restaurant. We were a group of 6. At the end, each of us paid 42$ in total. This is a restaurant All You Can Eat. The food & the sauce were excellent. The guy who serve us was very nice & friendly. However, there was a asian girl with blond hair that not even smile. I don't know if we ate too much & she was not happy or something. Anyway, next time, I will ask her for that attitude. In general, this is a very good place to meet your friends.
Yummy place! Very fresh food & a lot of choices with all you can eat! Love it !Also, thanks for David warm service! Highly recommended!
Our group of 6 was new to this place so we were really grateful for the way our server, Daniel, walked us trough the menu & how everything worked. He gave us his recommendations for broths & we took him up on his offer to choose a variety of things on the menu for us. He made some great choices & saved us so much time by not having to go through the menu as a group & pick what quantity of which things to get. We also had two people at the table with different allergies, so we appreciated the attention he took to avoid the the things they couldn't eat. We all enjoyed the sukiyaki broth a lot & I particularly liked the seafood laksa broth a lot. For the meats, we liked the fatty beef more than the lean one & the lamb was my favourite. I also recommend the shrimp paste. They also have a little buffet style snack bar with a few appetizers, sauces, fruits & sesame balls for dessert that you should get to before the meal arrives.
The taste is good, But I think children should not be charged based on height, but based on age. Before This restaurant charge based on age, but now they charge based on child height. If the child is over one meter tall, he or she needs to be charged 19.95$ plus Tax. A three-year-old child over one meter tall It's normal, but they almost can't eat anything. However, the restaurant charges nearly 20$. I think it's unreasonable & expensive. There are almost no children eating in the restaurant. You have discounts for students, but it's not a good idea to make money with small kids
So much love with this restaurant. They offer great Chinese meals with all you can eat option & great servers. Our guy Haobo was super friendly & caring. Would love to visit there more often.
Liuyishou Fondue stands out as a vibrant all-you-can-eat hot pot destination, drawing patrons back repeatedly with its promise of a lively dining experience. The restaurant's popularity necessitates reservations; without them, diners face lengthy waits, a testament to its appeal. The establishment prides itself on cleanliness & efficient service, attributes that shine even when the dining room is at capacity. Staff abundance ensures that the flow of fresh ingredients to tables remains uninterrupted, allowing guests to enjoy their cooking experience without delay. However, the dining experience is constrained by a two-hour time limit, which, while seemingly generous, can prove restrictive. This is especially true for groups engaging in the communal cooking process, where the pace is leisurely & the focus is on the shared experience. The enforcement of this policy can feel abrupt, as evidenced during a recent visit when the service team signaled the impending end of our session, quickly moving to conclude our meal. This practice contrasts sharply with competitors, such as a notable establishment on Saint-Catherine Street, which allows guests to dine at their own pace without pressure. As the culinary landscape evolves, it would be beneficial for Liuyishou Fondue to reassess this approach to enhance its dining experience further.
It's a good all you can eat Chinese hot pot place in downtown Montreal. Some of the plates (of meat especially) are pretty big, so be careful not to order too many so that you don't pay the extra fee for the food that you don't eat.
Good selection of food for the price since it's an all you can eat, it just smell so strong compare to other hot pot places. Service isn't consistant.
Really enjoyed this hot pot place near Guy-Concordia. You have a max of 2h to eat, but they have so many different ingredients for your hot pot & the broths are really nice (my favourite is either the tomato beef or the sukiyaki). Overall I enjoyed this place, except the attitude of the manager who was really pushy towards the end ("are you done? Are you finish? You can leave? Want to pay?). My go-to dipping sauce : • 2 spoons of peanut sauce • 1 spoon of oyster sauce • sesame oil • sesame seeds • cilantro • some chili sauce for the kick
Amazing time, delicious food, super speedy service, & overall a really fun experience with friends! We were new to hot pot, so the waitress helped us order the best things. We got all you can eat & a pitcher of beer & it came out to $50 each. Really worth the bigger price tag because of the amount of food & the whole experience. There's even a cute robot that brings the food to your table! So cute! Great time & great for taking food pics!
Best Fondue in Montreal. Extremely busy & popular. Would suggest a reservation in advance to avoid waiting. Food are fresh but not in large quantity(which is a good thing for all you can eat). It's extremely flavorful & the choices are extraordinary. Wpuld recommend(at 4Pm, there seems to be struggle with services & their order system seems to be not always functionning which can cause delay on food).
But overall excellent
Walked in here yesterday for three people 30mins before their last call & we were seated within 10mins. The servers are friendly & accommodating. We ordered three different soup broths- laksa, tomato & chicken. All was delicious! We were too hungry & ate so much. We were not rushed out & the server made sure to ask for our last orders before they closed the kitchen for the night. The sauce station had more to offer than the usual spot I go to. They had taro sesame balls, assorted cut up fruits, pickled chicken feet, other things I could not recall. I was $33 per person for all you can eat with so much food items to choose from! What a delicious experience. Did not take enough photos this time because we were too busy to eat! Highly recommended!
