INCROYABLE! Un souper, une nuit & un brunch au delà de tout ce que nous avions imaginé! Le chef, le propriétaire ainsi que notre formidable hôtesse pour ce brunch obligé après avoir si bien mangé la veille est un sans faute. Malheureusement ils ont placé la barre très haute pour les futurs restaurants que nous visiterons! La bouffe est à tomber par terre! Je vous confirme que nous y reviendrons 🥰

Fin de semaine en amoureux exceptionnel. Le service est digne d'un 5 étoiles & que dire de la nourriture... INCROYABLE c'est notre découverte 2025. L'endroit est magnifique & très intime, le chef est de bonne humeur vous pouvez l'entendre chanter dans sa cuisine 😂

Belle expérience chez Les passionnés!! Cuisine fantastique dans une ambiance conviviale & chaleureuse! L'emplacement est exceptionnel, un beau joyau à découvrir! Nous n'avons pas utilisé l'hébergement mais ce sera à mettre sur la liste pour une prochaine fois!

Nous sommes allés au resto ce soir ma conjointe & moi & ce fut une belle expérience. L'accueil & le service de Sébastien, serveur, sommelier & mixologue fut impeccable. Le tartare de bison était délicieux. Décor campagnard chic. Le resto vient de réouvrir & prendra probablement la place de la table des Gourmets ( qui est malheureusement fermé) comme meilleur resto de Val-David. La carte des vins sera bonifiées bientôt. Est-ce qu'on recommande ? Oui.

Our new favorite restaurant! We experienced a wonderful reception & meal last weekend.
Beautifully situated next to the river & tastefully decorated, with a warm & welcoming staff. We sat next to the fireplace while we enjoyed expertly crafted cocktails of the alcoholic & nonalcoholic kind.
We sampled the fully chefs menu, each dish was plated with design & flare. Sampling one another's plates made it hard to choose which dish was our favorite.
Great job all around! Wishing you much success. We shall return.
