Un véritable coup de coeur &, sans hésiter, l'une de mes adresses préférées à Montréal.
Idéalement situé sur Duluth, ce petit restaurant de quartier a tout pour plaire. La terrasse est magnifique, cosy & tellement agréable qu'elle fait partie de mes endroits favoris dès que les beaux jours arrivent.
J'y vais régulièrement & je n'ai absolument jamais été déçue. La cuisine est toujours excellente, le service irréprochable & la carte est renouvelée régulièrement, ce qui permet de découvrir de nouvelles choses à chaque visite. Gros coup de coeur également pour la sélection de vins (merci d'avoir du Pouilly-Fumé à la carte !).
Un immense merci à JF & Joseph pour leur accueil, leur passion & tout le soin qu'ils mettent dans ce lieu. Ça fait vraiment plaisir de voir des restaurateurs aussi investis.
Je recommande les yeux fermés, été comme hiver (même si la terrasse vaut clairement le détour !). Un excellent rapport qualité-prix & un bel exemple de ces petites adresses de quartier, chaleureuses & authentiques, qu'on a envie de voir durer longtemps. On adore faire vivre ces belles petites adresses familiales ☺?

We had a great dinner experience at Les Oiseaux. Dishes were flavorful & made with fresh ingredients. Very hospitable service from Julien was a highlight of our evening. Recommend this place for elevated casual dining with friends.

Excellent restaurant in Montreal! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was outstanding, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. If you're looking for a great restaurant in Montreal, I highly recommend L'Oiseau. I'll definitely be back!
Belle découverte dans un très beau cadre. Le gaspacho en entrée était excellent, frais & plein de saveurs. Le saumon était également très bon & bien cuit.
En revanche, les penne puttanesca étaient assez ordinaires & manquaient un peu de goût. Le plus gros point faible a été le tiramisu aux fraises, qui n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur du reste du repas.
Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience était agréable grâce au service & à l'ambiance, & le serveur était vraiment très mignon, mais certains plats gagneraient à être améliorés.

Les Oiseaux is a wonderful French restaurant with a seasonal, market-driven menu with European & Mediterranean influences. We ended our meal with a selection of desserts, & every single one was outstanding. The chocolate fondant was perfectly rich with a molten center, the crème brûlée had a beautifully crisp caramelized top with a silky custard underneath, & full of flavor. Even the small sweet bites to finish the meal were a lovely touch.
You can tell the pastry program receives just as much care & attention as the savory dishes. The presentation was elegant, the flavors were balanced, & nothing was overly sweet. Combined with the warm service & cozy atmosphere, Les Oiseaux delivered a memorable dining experience. If you have room for dessert, don't skip it-you'll regret it!
