Service à la clientèle zéro , je travaille proche de celui de Robert Bourassa , croyez moi que je consomme leur cupcakes , aujourd'hui dimanche 1pm je commande 4 à manger sur place avec mes enfants, je demande naturellement des ustensiles , elle me dit qu'il y'en a pas , chose qui me parfait bizarre , mais comment on va faire , qu'à l'habitude on m'offrait tjrs des ustensiles , elle répète comme un robot la même phrase , y'en a pas , la je vois qu'il y a des fourchette en plastique sérieuse la caisse , j'ai dis que c'est correct que je peux en voir elle me dit non , elle insiste pis me dit que c est interdit par la loi . Je regrette d'avoir acheté & surtout de lui avoir donné un pourboire . Je ne reviendrai plus
I have been getting my birthday cakes & occasional cupcakes from here for almost 5 years. Even got friends to try this place out. But this year I ordered the usual cake, & went on my actual birthday to pick it up. Received it damaged with a hole quite visible in the icing. I then asked one of the workers to fix it. The worker was so cold, & rude. Told me it would take an hour or so to fix it. When I returned it was barely fixed & a different color than the rest of the cake. They also would not open the box for me to inspect the rest of the cake. I had to go because I had birthday dinner plans, When I got home, I saw more damage that had not been shown to me & it was not done well. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered for pick-up 2 days ahead so we could ensure we had all the flavors we wanted. Unfortunately, parking is incredibly difficult on that street. We tried calling the store to see if a curbside pick-up was possible but our call was not answered. Perhaps the store could work an arrangement with the hotel across the street to allow drive up service for orders placed ahead of time.
The best flavors, that aren't too sweet in our opinion, are: avalanche of brownies, choco-choco, choco-salted caramel, vanilla-lemon, choco-coco.
I ordered six Easter cupcakes ($26.00+$14.00 delivery) for my daughter on line. I called the store to make sure they would call her before delivery because she is a student.
To my surprise, the diver LEFT THE CUPCAKES OUTSIDE HER BUILDING ON THE SIDEWALK! I called the store twice but was not able to speak to a manager, they were always unavailable...They got the driver to call me & justify why the cupcakes were left unattended on a sidewalk. He claims he called my daughter on his way there & she didn't answer (she was at her part-time job). The store delivery policy is to not bring anything back to the store, just drop items anywhere & call it a day, according to the driver. Completely unacceptable!! & the store manager still did not return my calls...
Placed order on-line which was ready on time. Unfortunalley, the cupcakes (which & not inexpensive) were dry & tasteless. The icing was good, which is pretty much the only thing we ate (threw out the cupcakes). So many great dessert places in Montreal, I will not be ordering again from this location.
Je dois malheureusement vous dire que le gâteau d'anniversaire de mon fils n'était pas mangeable. Il était déséquilibré en partant & lorsque j'ai essayé de le couper en morceau le gâteau s'est effondré. L'intérieur était très sec avec les brisures de biscuits mais les brisures étaient trop. J'ai commandé au moins une dizaine de gâteaux de chez Les Glaceurs depuis dix ans mais cette fois serait la dernière fois. Très très déçue de la qualité surtout puisqu'il s'agissait du 18e anniversaire de mon fils. Honêtement le gâteau était honteux. Voir le photo ci joint.
I ordered a butterfly cake from this store for my daughter's 6th birthday on January 19, a day that was very special & emotional for us as parents.
I want to mention that I have ordered cakes from this store in the past & did not face any issues, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.
My daughter's name was written incorrectly on the birthday plaque card, & when I raised the concern, I was told that changing one letter does not make a big difference. For a child & for parents, a birthday card is a keepsake, & the child's name truly matters.
The cake itself was quite dry, & the cake tasted overly sugary. When I shared this feedback, it was not acknowledged & was dismissed by saying the cake is made according to standard recipes.
After this experience, I also noticed similar feedback in other customer reviews regarding cake quality, which made me feel that customer concerns are often not taken seriously.
While the $5 for the card was reimbursed, there was no consideration for the overall experience or the emotional impact. Sharing this honestly so other parents can make an informed decision for important occasions like children's birthdays.
À éviter, ça va vous sauvez temps, argent & votre face devant vos invités. Le gâteau d'anniversaire n'était pas frais & c'est trop sucré, c'était tout simplement immangeable. Pour le même prix vous pouvez avoir 100 fois mieux. Très déçu
