La pizza au saumon fumé est la meilleure pizza que j'ai mangée de ma vie. L'atmosphère est super, & le staff est très gentil. J'y retourne immédiatement dès que je suis dans le coin de Val-David. 1000/10
Super bonne pizza & leurs tartares aussi étaient frais & délicieux. Le staff super fin & on a commandé des bloody qui étaient hyper bon, moi qui les aime pas trop épicé elle l'a fait juste perfect. Belle petite ambiance sympa & ils font fumer leurs viandes sur place, c'est délicieux! Mes amis ont adoré le canard & le tartare.
Un beau petit bistro accueillant ! Quoi de mieux, qu'après une sortie de ski de fond au petit train du Nord qu'une succulante pizza au.four à bois. Un arrêt est obligatoire à l'Enflammé, Val David Merci, Stephanie la belle proprietaire.
Superbe ambiance!!! Service & accueil impeccable!!! Nourriture & qualité étaient très interessantes!!! Bière , vin & pizza style artisanale étaient juste parfait pour une soirée de couple!! Je recommande sans hésitations!!!
Wow, wow, wow! Tellement content d'avoir découvert cet endroit suite à une recommandation d'une amie, après avoir vécu à Vancouver, & Ottawa, où nous avions nos endroits préférés pour une bonne pizza de style napolitaine. Enfin un petit trésor de bistro au coeur des Laurentides face à l'église à Val David, nous avons eu la chance de connaître la propriétaire qui était Notre serveuse aussi! Charmante!J'ai comme l'impression que nous y retournerons à plusieurs reprises!
Pizzas were delicious with the thin Italian crust that we usually have in Europe. The toppings were original (lot of pesto options) & you cannot beat oven cooked pizzas. Service was very welcoming & the general atmosphere with the neighbouring tables makes Québec such a charming place. We highly recommend it !
We went there for the Brie cheese appetizer but they have made it into a smaller portion(very tasty but its not the same as the pics). The pizzas were amazing. Wish we had tried more.
Delicious, friendly staff, great drinks, cosy atmosphere. The 4 stars for service is just because we could have taking more information on the blackboard & regular menus.
