On main street in busy Val-David, Les Enflammes is a nice bistro to stop in for a bite to eat, with a well appointed interior & a large street facing terrace (that, although covered, can still get a lot of sunshine in the summer time). The menu options are basic like salads & pizzas. For our lunch time meal we had Caesar Salad (quite good with a garlicy creamy dressing), Margarita Pizza (very good with thin crust), & a Gazpacho Soup. Overall service was very friendly & helpful with the meal service shortly after ordering. Enjoy!
