Ordered two pies online & they delivered the wrong items while still charging me more than double the value of what arrived. The pies they delivered even had the price tag on them which just added insult to injury. I tried to contact them multiple times to resolve & return & was ignored every time. I ended up successfully contesting the payment via the bank, but it's terrible customer service when you've made an error like that.View more

We ordered our wedding cake from this location & it was both beautiful & delicious! The staff were friendly & helpful & made tasting easy; they designed something beautiful (we didn't have strong ideas on how the cake should look); & they coordinated with our venue to get it delivered. Most important (to us), it was really good cake & our friends & family enjoyed eating it. I would definitely recommend Les Délices Lafrenaie for anyone looking for a wedding cake in Montreal.View more
