Different kinds of breads & pastries & sandwiches. Very good latte. Fast friendly service. We went at 10am Saturday & there was a very small line up. We sampled the crossaint, chocolatine, croque monsieur, apricots $ rasin Danish. All very good. Parking was easy on Rachel Street east. They have another location on Mont Royal street east. Will absolutely be back.View more
Lovely croissants! I was on a mission to find the best croissants in Montreal, & Boulangerie les co'pains d'abord came up on several lists & travel guides. It definitely lived up to its reputation -- the croissants were super flaky, buttery, & rich, & had a nice crispy outer shell. I had the chocolate croissant (my testing baseline for every new bakery), & I was quite impressed. There isn't a ton of seating inside, but if you're lucky, you can grab one of their stools by the window. I can't wait to come back to try out their other items -- the staff recommended trying out a few of their specialty croissants, so I'm very excited to come back to Montreal!View more
Great bakery serving delicious baked goods & excellent espressoView more
Cozy + neighborhood spot - exactly right! So glad we walked here when staying nearby. I only wished I would have realized I should have said "for here" for a plate & porcelain cup/saucer! The cappuccino was perfect, nice & dry, not scalding hot - surprisingly good even if in a to-go disposable cup. The chausson aux pommes & quiche lorraine were delightful. Would have been even nicer with a bit more applesauce or chunks of apple like the Apfeltaschen I adored in Munich! Love the close-quarters here - a European bakery vibe squeezing in to eat in at a high central table & high front window counter with those who have just finished a weekend bike ride or run with some friends. & of course… wanted to leave with all of the baguettes! & a few of the lovely other baked goods - especially what looked like a Gâteau Breton :)View more
Delicious bakery. Ordered a croissant & apple pastry, Natural, fresh, & well made. They also have fresh breads like baguette or loaves, coffee, jams, & more. Staff was friendly as well. The shop itself is tiny so not so good for hanging out.View more
If you are looking for that flaky & crispy on the outside croissant, look no further than this small bakery. They have an assortment of delectable goodies you won't regret buying & prices are affordable. We tried some of the recommended croissant crawl, I have to say this store is number 1 for me.View more
I refuse to believe there's a better bakery in montreal, although I will keep trying new places. They have the best Abricotines! They truly made me start liking apricots which used to be tbe only food I didnt eat-& I mean the only! They have the perfect croissants! I love everything I have tried here & I have tried 70% of their menu!View more

Really like their plain baguette—need to try the others as well. Best in the area. I also love their 🍁 crème croissant. Such a treat! Friendly staff, as the previous reviewers said. Can’t wait to try more from this bakery…& they open at 7am! A true bakery indeed.
