Gusta has always been a solid option when ordering out, & I've ordered from them regularly for years. Unfortunately, over the past year their consistency has dropped significantly while prices have continued to rise.
Tonight I ordered their lasagna. Delivery took about 30 minutes, so I expected it to arrive piping hot, fresh out of the oven. Instead, I received a cold, sauceless portion that looked like half a lasagna, accompanied by soggy bread. The dish was barely lukewarm-I could literally put my finger in it-& the cheese was already hardening instead of being properly melted & browned.
I've ordered their lasagna consistently for the past five years, so I know exactly how it's supposed to look & taste when it's freshly made. This clearly felt like an order that had been sitting around for a while & was sent out anyway.
When I called to explain, their solution was to offer to send another one. That response misses the point-food should be prepared correctly the first time. I ended up having to microwave the meal just to make it edible, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering restaurant food.
This was the last time I will ever order from Gusta. They've lost a loyal customer who tips well & has supported their business for years. Very disappointing.

literally just got off the phone with one of the employees after placing an order & i just wanted to say that the customer service was amazing i felt like the person behind the phone did an amazing job. took my order made me laugh & told me to have a great day.

food was excellent as always, but service could be better, all waitresses were pretty young & were having a hard time, mine got mixed up in our orders. Ambiance was really loud, but I would try again

Absolutely amazing 1880's joint. With comfort food...... sandwiches are fire n upgrade to a gourmet poutine & you will go to sleep with a smile 😃.

Je m'attendais a beaucoup plus , contenue des commentaires que j'avais lue. Poutine correct sans plus, pizza pépéroni sans goût, spaghett sc très bonne.
Donc je recommande avant modération.
Très bon service & restaurant très chaleureux.
