Their debit machine is preset to take a tip with set amounts of (5$, 10$ or 15$) all this for a poutine of 11$ tax-in that i picked up myself!
Im pretty sure it is illegal to force a set amount on to people instead of a percentage for tip, not to mention the 3rd choice would've been more expensive than my whole order tax-in (136% Tip).
It's unfortunate as i used to order from them very often but this move left a really bad impression.
Wow! So Rude! So before I even got there, Called to get some info. I asked questions about the hockey game, she said the game was playing & did not know what time to go to get a seat & didn't know if the game is playing in French or English.
Spoke to me in rushed & unpleasant manner to say the least. Had to push to get someone who knew something to talk to me.
Finally got someone else said he didn't even know about language for the game, also sounded rushed & rude - as I tried to ask what time should we get there he hung up on me.
Right out of the gate why would I even go to your establishment. FYI this is not a language thing it was about being impatient & rude.
Service is Everything!

Jenna is the best bartender I've ever had, she goes above & beyond to make you're experience worth it. I would 100% suggest going to this place, food & drinks are always amazing

literally just got off the phone with one of the employees after placing an order & i just wanted to say that the customer service was amazing i felt like the person behind the phone did an amazing job. took my order made me laugh & told me to have a great day.
