It's on June 13, 1983 that the dream became reality: The Restaurant le Vieux Four de Laval, located in the small village of St-Vincent-de-Paul warmly welcomed a clientele which has since remained faithful.
Mr. Manago is from the Italian province of Reggio Calabria, more precisely the small town of Palmi. It's from here that he got his taste for wood oven pizza, fresh and natural produce, a tasty and refined cuisine, which he offers us at Le Vieux Four.
This Italian restaurant is a family affair: M. Manago has always been accompanied and supported by his wife and their four children. All of them have put their heart in it; the hopes of the family were great. The instant success of le Vieux Four beat all expectations. This restaurant today is an institution and is renowned for the quality of its food and hospitality that it receives. Un incontournable! Nous y allons depuis des années, toujours les mêmes propriétaires, qui se font un plaisir de vous accueillir. Petit, chaleureux & convivial, on y mange bien. Ma préférence, la pizza au four Cambare. Crevettes & ail, délicieuse! Pour le dîner ou le souper, toujours agréable & bon service.
Petit restaurant à découvrir pour passer une très belle soirée en amoureux ou avec ses amis.. le plat vedette pour moi pizza cuit au four de bois( un très bonne sélection de vin & de bière locale & importer)👍🍺🥂🍕
Beau restaurant la bouffe est bonne mais pas wow. La serveuse était vraiment à l'écoute. L'ensemble du personnel semblait bien professionnel & souriant. L'hôtesse a l'accueil pas trop cool par contre

J'ai passé un très beau samedi soir. C'était une soirée DJ. Je comparerais l'ambiance à un party de bureau avec musique forte & lumières. Service courtois & attentionné.
Cuisine correcte mais portions beaucoup trop petites. L'entrée de saucisses tenait sur 2 par 2 pouces sur une grande ardoise pour 17$ !! Les tagliatelles dans un petit creux d'une assiette à rebords gigantesques: portion famélique. Sinon le service était courtois & l'ambiance très bonne & chaleureuse
