100% awesome! From the bagels to the service, this place is a gem. I'd ordered a bag of 7 bagels (all the flavors that day) on the phone & they had it ready & waiting when I arrived. The kind gentleman at the counter also threw in the last couple of bagel holes & some cream cheese for my friend, who'd come with me. That alone was so sweet & would have made me return again. But then I got home with the bagels to share with my husband... Were they good? Every. Single. Flavor. YES! Might even be the best in Montreal. Loved the beer cheese & chocolate/cranberry ones especially. Can't wait to go back next time in the city. Thanks again, Bagels Le Trou!

la boutique de bagels est un vrai bijou! Les bagels sont toujours frais & délicieux, & le service est toujours chaleureux. Ordered x4 beer & parm bagels with plain cream cheese for $30. Felt a little expensive, not sure if this is the local price. There was a slow lineup, about 10 people ahead of me on a Sunday morning. Ovens made the place uncomfortably hot. Food was good, but not $30 amazing.
It is an incredible place for authentic Montreal Bagels. Excellent customer service combined with a very inviting atmosphere make it a must if you are in Griffintown.
