Good neighborhood bagels with that fresh, Montreal-style vibe - especially if you're grabbing them to go. The bagels I took home were really good later on, so we got to enjoy them for a bit longer.
That said, the menu is pretty limited, & I felt like the sandwiches were overpriced for what you get (tried the smoked salmon, breakfast deluxe & classic sesame & cream cheese). There wasn't enough toppings to justify the price, & by midday some key ingredients (like tomatoes) were already gone. Service can be a bit slow during busy times too, so be prepared for a wait if there's a line.
Overall solid bagels & a nice local spot (parking is a big plus!), but there's room for improvement in value & consistency of toppings/service.
This was honestly awful. Charging $13 for an untoasted bagel with a smear of cream cheese & a single tiny slice of smoked salmon is ridiculous. The cream cheese tasted off, which only made it worse. Making a decent bagel is not complicated, yet this completely missed the mark. I wanted to like this place since it's right by my home, but I'd much rather drive & get a significantly better bagel at Solomos for the same price. Not worth it.
Their bagel made me realize how bad the Costco ones really are. This one had a perfect crispy exterior with great texture - not overly chewy like most. The smoked salmon paired beautifully with the sesame bagel, & every ingredient worked together flawlessly. Absolutely the best bagel I've ever had. I just wish I could find something this good in the U.S.!
The bagels here are definitely a top 3 in Montreal. Personally prefer this over St. Viateur & Fairmount. I usually get the salmon on everything bagel- it's so delicious & well-balanced. The latte (hot) is also made well.
I had SUCH a good smoked salmon bagel here i'd probably live here if i could. It's a nice cozy cafe store with a couple of seats & a very rustic, warehouse vibe to it. Service was great, bagel was even better, glad to have listened to whoever recommended this bagel shop!!
I was surprised to see that people have reviewed about Salmon Bagel but they have not mentioned Egg & Cheese Bagel as well as Cheese Cake bagel. We loved the Egg & Cheese & Cheese Cake bagel. I would highly recommend people to try this when visiting. Also the employee there are very kind & friendly as they understand your tastebuds & they are ready to suggest. It is my favourite place to visit whenever travelling to Montreal.

I was on a visit to Montreal recently, & being that the city is famous for their bagels, having them for breakfast was a must. This place went beyond my expectations... I appreciate that you can see how the bagels are made fresh & the artisan process. Best smoked salmon bagel I've had in my life!
These bagel were good, but barely toasted & barely had cream cheese. We had the sesame, everything, & cheese bagel. My favorite was the everything with salmon & cream cheese. am the biggest fan of bagel but I don't see the hype. For the price, tim hortons bagel are better.
By far the best bagels in Montreal... delicious, fresh, & crispy, made right in front of you. Amazing smoked salmon bagel & egg/cheese/avocado on everything. Everyone working there are so friendly & nice.
We were told we had to try Montreal bagels while we were there & this place didn't disappoint. We each got a bagel sandwich & they were great. The staff was super friendly & even gave us an extra couple of bagels to try...all super great. My husband really enjoyed the smoked salmon. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing smoked salmon bagel. Even the people working there are so friendly & nice. I'm not from Montreal but I'm definitely making it one of my go to's every time I visit. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
