Was on a 5-day trip in Montreal & this was my absolute favourite meal of the trip! Incredibly fresh & interesting food. I got the Cobb salad with blue cheese, with tomato soup, & it was glorious!!! The best tomato soup I've ever had in my life, very memorable flavour. I wish I lived in province so I could return all the time!
Judith, the chef/owner is so welcoming! My'wild things' grilled cheese & soup of the day were tasty from the first to last bite. I even licked my bowl clean. So glad to have found this place. I'll be coming back to try all the other dishes although it'll be hard to not want to re-order this grilled cheese!
Les 5 étoiles existent pour ce type d'endroit. On y ressent la passion de la Cheffe Propriétaire. Des ingrédients locaux, tout semble fait sur place, des sauces, à la coupe, marinade, cuisson des viandes, des breuvages, vinaigrette, soupe, & plus. J'ai pris le Smoke Meat d'agneau qui était incroyable, j'ai bien hâte de tester tout le menu.
This place has the best grilled cheese in the city! &: I would sell my soul for the soup. I had the Fondu aux fromage & the roasted tomato soup. The sandwich was exactly what you want from a good grilled cheese: crispy outside, warm inside, & cheese that stretches when you pull away. The soup was smoky, creamy, & had a nice bite from the tomatoes. All in all, very fresh. Finally: the chef was super nice & had the most bad ass Playlist. I'll definitely be back. :)
