Another wonderful dinner at Le Surcouf with their Menu Bistro! Had an avocado & shrimp focaccia for starters, & rabbit with mustard sauce in phyllo dough over pasta for the main course, followed by crème caramel for dessert. All of it delicious, served with a smile by Stéphane with his vibrant personality. Always a favorite of ours!
Nous avons bien aimé notre repas au Surcouf. Nous avons pris le menu Bistro ce qui nous a permis de bien manger à très bon prix. Le personnel érait très bien attentionné.

Cuisine raffinée, belle ambiance dans une belle ancienne maison, très bon service. Très agréable &, en semaine, la formule bistro est une vraie aubaine. J'y reviens régulièrement!
We were four friends meeting for the bistro menu, & we each chose a different main. The food was wonderful, from start to finish, & the service impeccable! The tables were separated with physical screens, & the staff was careful to confirm our vaccination passports were valid, & wearing masks, to make us all feel comfortable.
The midweek Bistro service just right, not overdone!
An excellent restaurant for romantic, family, or even business meals, smaller rooms available if needed

The Bistro Menu is always delicious. Have had it several times. The $30 bottle of wine that is on the Bistro Menu was the perfect pairing. Excellent value, excellent staff. We will be back soon.
We (party of 5) had a wonderful dinner last night at the Surcouf. The food was excellent, the wine had the right temperature & the service by Stephan was very friendly & professional. The menu had a lot of really nice & varied choices & the Bistro menu is a nice & more economical addition to the full menu, especially also for seniors who don't eat so much anymore.
The food is excellent on any day of the week, but we like yo go for the Bistro menu from Sunday to Thursday. The service is very friendly & very efficient as well.

What a pleasant experience. I have known of this restaurant for years yet this was our first time eating there. The night started off embarrassing as I had mistakenly made a reservation for 17:30 instead of 19:30. So we showed up 2 hours late. I felt terrible & stupid. They were very understanding & could not have been nicer. Restaurant is made up of individual rooms. So you are not in a big expansive noisy area. Nice quiet dinner, fantastic service & really good food. We were there for a birthday & my intention was to order a la carte but in the end the Bistro menu was just too hard to resist. It offers outstanding value. It was our first time but will not be our last. We are already talking about when we are going back. WOW!

My husband & I have lived in SAdB for almost 10 years but have only just recently visited Le Surcouf for dinner. We have been there twice now this summer & experienced our best meals of all time. The service was very friendly & warm & the food was impeccable. Between the display, taste & quality of each dish the meal was unique & authentically delicious. We have eaten in great restaurants all over the world & the quality is comparable. The price maybe a little high for some but when you look at it overall then it's truly worth the value. Their Bistro menu is worth a start being lesser priced yet still keeping within their high quality standard. We now look forward to our next meal at Le Surcouf with much anticipation.
