Vraiment un excellent service de la part de notre serveuse Mlle Maude ! Wow!
Un bon souper honnête, je dirais qu' une sauce légère pour accompagner le foie de veau serait de mise car même si le foie de veau avait une cuisson parfaite, il manquait de fluidité...aussi le choix des légumes à revoir car des carottes comme on se fait à la maison, peu recherché ....
Le dessert ....miam...
J' y retournerai avant un autre concert .

J'était un peu déçue du restaurant, entre autres parce que le ménu favorisait beaucoup le boeuf & les tartares, avec presque pas de choix de volailles ou de poisson. J'ai pris le steak de thon qui me paraissait sec - probablement du congelé. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé la salade qui l'accompagnait. Ma compagne a pris le tartare de boeud qu'elle a aimé. Au lieu de nous proposer une carte de vins, on nous a offert des verres de vin selon le type (ex: Chardonnay, Pinot gris, Bordeaux) & on ne nous a pas montré les bouteilles desquelles il a été versé. Quand nous avons commandé des tisanes, on nous a apporté de la verveine sans nous demander notre choix. Le gateau de chocolat fondant était bon.
