Nous avons dégusté un excellent repas: entrée, repas principal différent, vin, dessert & breuvage.
Nous avions réserver notre table. Le service fut impeccable. Nous y retournerons.
Belle ambiance, parfait avant un spectacle! Le service était professionnel. Les mets choisis étaient bien présentés dans les assiettes.
Par contre, nous avons trouvé le tartare de thon bon, mais sans plus, le goût un peu fade...il manquait de saveur, de punch!
Parfois un peu bruyant. Avec la personne en face de moi, à partir du milieu du repas l'intensité du bruit est montée au point que nous avions de la difficulté à nous entendre.
Has been a great restaurant for many years & still in this tradition of providing dishes which are well above standard cuisine provided in so many restaurants: one of my best places to have dinner for many years.
Also, very important: prices are reasonable &, compared to other "fashion restaurants" who propose an exotic... hamburger for $25... much better to have dinner at the Seingalt which proposes an exquisite cuisine at princes not seen anywhere...

Merci d'avoir su rattraper le fait que notre table, dûment réservée, avait été attribuée à quelqu'un d'autre. Service rapide, nourriture excellente. Toujours une bonne expérience même lorsque bondé.
