3 semaines plus tôt, j'y avais mangé le MEILLEUR carbonara, cette semaine je le recommande sans regarder le menu tellement j'attendais ce moment.
On m'a servi un carbonara avec une SAUCE AUX CHAMIGNONS, c'était absolument vraiment pas l'idée du siècle. Si le chef décide de se lancer dans la cuisine expérimentale, il devrait au MOINS avoir la décence d'en aviser les clients, on est peux-être pas le même moment.
En espérant que lors de notre prochaine visite le chef aura terminé ces voyages expérimentales.

Nous n'avons pas eu une très bonne expérience! Le potage était sans goût & beaucoup trop consistant. L'entrée avec tomates, elle étaient pâteuses. Payer 2$ pour un panier de pain?? (4 tranches) Les sauces, vraiment mauvaises! Les prix dérisoires pour la qualité des plats. Le service, quel service ? Désolé mais je ne le recommande pas!
Magnifique & concluante expérience au Seingalt juste avant notre spectacle. Lieu à la fois cool, élégant & confortable, musique d'ambiance parfaite, service affable & amical, choix de menu distingué & appétissant, très bon choix de vin, nourriture succulente apprêtée avec un savoir-faire évident (chèvre chaud & betterave au miel, morue noire beurre blanc orzo & purée de fenouil wow!) & dressé avec amour. Détail important à mes yeux & rarement abordé : voir le personnel avoir du plaisir à travailler ensemble. La complicité, le rire & la joie d'être là sont contagieux & excellents pour ouvrir l'appétit! Bravo à toute l'équipe! Nous reviendrons 👌🏼
Je regrette de ne pas avoir noté le nom de la personne qui nous a servi avant le spectacle de samedi car le service a été impeccable & joyeux. Elle nous a suggéré le plat du jour. La personne qui m'a accompagné a pris un tataki de thon. Tous les deux, nous avons apprécié notre repas. Pour ma part, la prochaine fois & il y en aura une, ce sera le tataki.
Ma compagne & moi, nous allons souvent aux spectacles de la Place des Arts pourtant c'est la première fois que je visite ce restaurant. À refaire
I had a below-average experience at this restaurant &, for the price, I honestly expected much better. The service was noticeably slow, & it took a long time to be attended to throughout the meal. On top of that, several wines listed on the menu weren't actually available, which was disappointing given the size of the wine list.
The same issue came up with food, a few dishes on the menu couldn't be ordered. The menu also stated you could add seafood to the arrabbiata pasta, but staff told us that option had been cancelled some time ago, & the menu simply hadn't been updated. For a restaurant like this, I'd expect more attention to detail & a smoother overall experience.
To make matters worse, there was a mouse running around the dining area. An employee eventually dealt with it & removed it, but it was still quite unpleasant & not something you want to see while dining. Overall, the experience fell short, & I wouldn't be in a rush to return..
