They're good enough that we went two days in a row. The selection is very broad. That's usually a sign that a brewery can't focus, but every thing I've had had been very good. I love the double white. My wife loves the creamsickle sour. We both loved the oaked Berliner. & that's just their beer; they have several other breweries on tap, & they're also excellent. Update 2023: we've been back twice this trip, & we've only been in town 4 days. The beer selection isn't quite as broad, but the Abbaye de Saint bon-chein was amazing. Update 2024: the hefeweizen was excellent, the grisette aussi. I ended up drinking several English Bitters, which I love. No change to my ratings.

Le Saint-Bock est l'endroit par excellence pour aller savourer une de leurs délicieuses bières artisanales. C'était notre repère quand j'étais étudiant & ça demeure toujours un de mes incontournables.

Le choix de bières est impressionnant, avec des options locales & artisanales qui plairont aux amateurs comme aux connaisseurs. Chaque bière a sa propre personnalité, & les accords mets-bières proposés sont tout simplement parfaits. Les plats, quant à eux, sont délicieux, préparés avec des ingrédients frais & de qualité. Le service est impeccable, avec une équipe passionnée & toujours prête à conseiller. Un lieu incontournable pour les amateurs de bonnes bières & de bonne cuisine !
