Le P'tit Rustik earns high marks for generous portions, flavorful dishes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes brunch feel special. Reviewers consistently praise eggs Benedict, French toast and bognettes, along with crispy potato fritters and fresh sides, and many highlight standout items like pain doré and shakshuka. The vibe is cozy and convivial, with attentive staff and fast service in many visits, though crowds can make the space feel cramped and weekend lines long. The terrace is a popular option in good weather, and several guests note easy street parking nearby. Prices tend to be on the higher side, but the quality and portion sizes often justify the cost. Occasional service hiccups during peak hours and slow follow up can disappoint some diners, but the overall sentiment is very positive and Le P'tit Rustik is regarded as a must try brunch spot in Montreal.
Very nice brunch spot in Montreal, the menu was tempting, good service! I liked my veggie Benedict that was with goat cheese & avocado & you could feel the crunchy nuts in it. it came with a small portion of fruits as well.. this place is highly recommended, definitely will come back to try more in the menu :)
Food was decent however I've had a very bad experience with the service. We waited at least 25min until someone came to take our order. After we waited for 15min, we ask a waiter if he can take our order. Despite the fact that he was available , he refused to take our order & told us he's not our waiter & the other lady was our waiter. Then 5min later, we saw both of them serving the same table that came in 10min after us. We asked 3 times different people to see if anyone can take our order & all got refused. At this point we had no water as well. It was extremely frustrating to see all other tables came after us getting their food before someone even was willing to come & take our order.

I've been here a couple times over the years. The owners, Thomas & Ingrid, were & still are amazing! They know how to welcome you in & make you feel like family, & they also know how to make some killer drinks & food! Their selection of Eggs Benedict are savoury & delectable. There is not one instance the plate has ever left me without being empty. The serving of Latkes are also incredible: a very crunchy outside with a soft, pillowy inside, & a sour cream dipping sauce that makes the whole experience better. Their smoothies are also very refreshing! & don't get me started on their Matcha & Chai. With Duluth being closed down for the summer, now's the perfect chance to come explore this lovely little spot. It'll be worth your while!

I love it here. The food is absolutely delicious. I opted for the classic eggs Benny with potato fritters, salad, & fruit. The hollandais sauce was a perfect balance between tangy & rich & the eggs were fresh & perfectly poached. The service was good & the people are gentle even when though it was extremely busy with a long line up. If you get a chance to eat here, take it. The yummy food is worth the wait.
