The DJ played some great house tunes & the sound system is top notch. It was a jungle in here for all the right reasons! Way better vibe than Central.
The food was delicious (pulled pork poutine) & service was good although it was empty besides two other tables & we waited 15 mins before I finally got up & got the menus myself.
However, the doors to the restaurant on both sides were wide open the whole time despite it being 5 degrees out so we were freezing (I understand when you work in the industry you move a lot so you don't feel the cold, but when you're sitting it makes a difference).
Me & my friend both ordered bloody Caesars. The jerky on top was delicious. But unfortunately they tasted like water.. something was missing either Worcestershire or Tabasco or both. Or maybe just way too much ice. We also couldn't taste the alcohol. Maybe it was just the proportion (probably only 1oz) of the alcohol to the ice in the mason jar but we did not taste it. We asked if maybe they made us virgins by mistake but were assured there was alcohol. They offered another shot to make it a double, which we accepted (& payed for…).
Decor & vibe pretty cool though & we would come back for the food!
This place was a vibe. Variety of music playing with the sunset & the trees. Very scenic & relaxing. The fish tacos were nice, a little spicy & the pickling a bit too tangy for me. The wings were good as well with blue cheese & they put the spice on the side. The amaretto sours were absolutely delicious. Shame they are so tiny so had two! Service is excellent, very friendly & accomodating staff. They speak English & checked you were happy throughout. Went during the evening & their were kids also eating there so, family friendly. Everyone was enjoying themselves. Would visit again for the party vibes!
Wagyu, Vibes, & Soda Shock: A Memorable Après-Ski Experience!
Popped in for a quick bite & some après-ski vibes. We devoured wagyu burgers & fries that were so tasty, they made us rethink every other burger we've ever had. The appetizer we ordered (nachos le local) never came before our burgers so we never tried it. The music? Eclectic but fire. The service? As friendly as a golden retriever on a sunny day. Now, I get that in Canada they don't do refills like in the U.S., but we each managed to get one (because let's be real, salty fries demand soda). Spent nearly $50 CAD on drinks without a drop of alcohol - yeah, a little steep for just soda, but hey, the vibe made it worth it! Other than that, solid experience!
We went two nights in a row (Thursday & Friday). There was a clear difference in how crowded & popular this place was. Thursday night had no cover charge, & most of the attendees stayed near the main dance floor area. There was a minimal wait to grab drinks. Plenty of space to dance near the back & they allowed people to get on the bar to dance. Friday night was a $10 cover charge, the man standing out front didn't wear anything indicating he worked there. The place got crowded spilling to the back tables & onto the deck area. Heat lamps on the deck, bathrooms on the bottom floor. The smell of sweaty butt cheeks, body odor, & alcohol quickly consumed the dance floor. I witnessed a guy get carried out by security because he ran & dove over the bar. The vibes for Friday were sloppy drunk energy but if that's what you're looking for, you found the right place. Waiting for a drink took much longer than the night before. Both nights they had a similar track list (top 40s/house remixes/2000s hits) despite having two different djs. Overall a fun experience & is definitely the night life of tremlant. Danced a lot & had a good time!
Nothing fires a crowd up like 7 serial remixes of Mr. 305. Excellent music & excellent vibes for an apres. Dalé!
We came just for apres ski (not for food) so this review only applies to the club at night. We had a lot of fun, it gets very crowded & hard to get out. They have mandatory coat check in the club which makes sense, if youre staying close by you could probably leave your coat in a hotel Cover was $10 by default, I am glad we went on the early side so we could stand where we wanted. Bar is average priced. The vibe was mostly teens & young adults which was great for college students. The DJ was pretty bad imo, doing some diabolical transitions, but if you like clubbing its still a lot of fun
