The rice was very old, could clearly tell it was from the day before or older, & we went on a sunny Sunday during peak lunch time. Makes me wonder if the rest was fresh or not. The taste is there however, but it was hard to enjoy it with dry rice as it is half the ingredient of the bowlView more

They also offer a variety of different sauces - including a vegan spicy mayo that is perfect for me as I'm intolerant to eggs. It is one of my favorite Poke bowl place in Verdun. Service is always impeccable. Food is good. I usually go in the daytime. I went later than usual & the food I ordered was ok, chicken felt a bit harder than it should. I would recommend not going towards the end of the day. Un gros merci pour l'excellent service à corriger une erreur rapidement! J'avais d'abord commandé ( UberEat) un PokeBowl thon & saumon avec extra crevettes tempura. Quand la commande est arrivée chez moi en premier il manquait le thon & le saumon :( il n'y avait que les crevettes, mais ça ne suffisait pas pour ce que j'avais payé & j'étais très déçu. Mais je les ai appellé pour leur mentionner le manque de poisson dans mon bowl. Bref, j'ai dû me déplacer pour aller l'échanger sur place. Sauf que quand je suis arrivé au resto ma commande avait été corrigée & prête à partir. Je n'ai pas eu à justifier ou m'obstiner pour faire corriger l'erreur. Ils m'ont reçu avec le sourire & beaucoup de professionnalisme.Le deuxième Poke était absolument parfait & délicieux 😋 Je suis retourné chez moi très content :) une erreur peut arriver, mais de prendre le temps de bien corriger l'erreur & finalement satisfaire le client a été un service exceptionnel! Merci!
