Delightful French Brasserie-Style Restaurant
It was our last night in Montreal before taking our flight to the UK & we chose this delightful restaurant for an early evening meal. We were really warmly greeted by the team & Marwa gave us the most wonderful, friendly service. We sat at the bar to eat. The restaurant is smart, light & has a really nice, laid-back ambiance.

The menu is Parisian brasserie-style & had a really good choice of dishes.

My choices:

- A selection of oysters, freshly shucked in front of us

- Duck confit: fingerling potatoes, Brussels sprouts, smoked duck lardons, peppercorn sauce

- Profiteroles with ice cream & hot chocolate sauce

Lovely oysters - so fresh. Really delicious duck confit: perfectly cooked, really good sauce. Great taste. & yummy profiteroles with a really excellent, rich chocolate sauce.

A really good'last supper' before the flight home. Thank you Le Pois Penché!

Très belle expérience à tous les niveaux. La nourriture était bonne, belle présentation. Le service était excellent vraiment. C'était un jeudi, & nous il y avait le chanteur Matt Mardini qui a ajouté une très belle ambiance. Très satisfaite de ma soirée. Merci

This was an unexpected surprise when visiting Montreal. The restaurant was attached to our hotel & we didn't have much time to lookup brunch places so we opted to'just eat downstairs.' Wow!

Absolutely amazing experience! Marwa took care of me so well! I had such a delicious meal! I highly recommend the oysters & smoked salmon (it's not salty!! Just right) with the baguette. The dessert was so yummy too! 100% would come back!

Exceptional restaurant, super service, tres bon prix. Compare a Bar George ce restauramt est 10 fois mieux. Le vin, nurture... extraordinaire, le poisson & les huitre frais & tres bons. Experience incredible, cocktails super bons.

je prends 5mn pour vous ecrire & remercier toute la brigade pour l accueil le service & la nourriture. merci aux cuisinier.. les huitres du prince edouard...on ne peut pas se tromper...accompagner d un verre de chablis excellent...mais j aurais apprecier que la serveuse arrive a notre table avec la bouteille en main pour nous servir & non pas avec le verre deja servi... j apprecie voir la bouteille & l etiquette de ce que je vais consommer.....juste ce petit bemol sinon tout etait parfait. merci

My friends & I were sat in front of the Oyster Bar on April 18th & we were delighted by the hands on process & care of the staff here. Brilliant & gracious service, everything was a delicious experience & we all would go again in a HEARTBEAT. We can't recommend this place enough. Well worth the price attached for this phenomenal experience.

They forgot to bring us the menu for a very looong time, we only got it once they came to take our order. This delayed our evening.

Which was disappointing, because after we finished eating we were ask to leave so they could sit someone else at the table.

Amazing experience, great food, great service, & the best espresso martini I've ever had. On top of that there was amazing live singing, what a great experience for a first timer in Montreal. Thank you to amazing staff.
