The restaurant doesn't seem to have the slightest idea of what hospitality means.
I ordered food which took close to 3 hours to prepare. Nowhere was this disclosed so that customers can take an informed decision, on the contrary they had given me a 1 hour ETA.
When I called the restaurant to inquire, I was met with a condescending behavior, with no apology nor explanation for the delays & then I was hung up on.
I tried calling after another hour as there was still no sight of my food, but the restaurant never picked up the phone again. They either closed their line or blocked my number.
Once the food arrived, for a VERY late dinner, my friends enjoyed the dishes. I find solace in the fact that AT LEAST the food was good.
This behavior is beyond unacceptable.
It is regretful that I find myself writing this review. I'm always eager to uplift africain restaurateurs but in this case I must warn others. These are the standards of the restaurant. No steps were taken to address these issues, no apology, no goodwill gesture.

When we dine in, we waited over an hour without any explanation or apology from the owner. No communication, no respect for customers-it was frustrating, unacceptable, & very unprofessional.

The first photo shows my own attiéké, which I had to use because the rice provided by the restaurant was absolutely HORRIBLE: dry, bland, undercooked-completely inedible. Honestly, it's shocking to serve something like that.
The second photo clearly shows the restaurant's rice as it arrived: cold, dry, & completely tasteless. A disgusting & disappointing experience from beginning to end. To top it all off, the owner's behavior towards the employees was awkward & inappropriate, creating an unhealthy & very uncomfortable atmosphere.
Between the catastrophic service, the complete lack of professionalism, & the disastrous food quality, I absolutely do not recommend this place. I will never go back & I will tell my friends about it.
However, I do want to highlight that one of the employees provided excellent customer service & spoke very good English. Well done, she's clearly doing her best in a difficult environment.

Lors du service sur place, nous avons attendu plus d'une heure sans aucune explication ni excuse de la part du propriétaire. Aucune communication, aucun respect pour les clients c'était frustrant, inadmissible & très peu professionnel.

Sur la première photo, il s'agit de mon propre attiéké, que j'ai dû utiliser parce que le riz fourni par le restaurant était absolument HORRIBLE : sec, fade, mal cuit - totalement immangeable. Honnêtement, c'est choquant de servir quelque chose comme ça.
Sur la deuxième photo, on voit clairement le riz du restaurant tel que reçu : froid, sec & sans aucun goût. Une expérience dégoûtante & décevante du début à la fin.
Pour couronner le tout, le comportement du propriétaire envers les employés était gênant & inapproprié, ce qui rendait l'ambiance malsaine & très inconfortable.
Entre le service catastrophique, le manque total de professionnalisme & la qualité de nourriture désastreuse, je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit. Je n'y retournerai jamais & j'en parlerai à mes amis.
Cependant, je tiens à souligner qu'une des employées offrait un excellent service à la clientèle & parlait très bien anglais. Bravo ma belle, tu fais clairement de ton mieux dans un environnement difficile.
Franchement c'est ma deuxième que j'y suis avec mes amies & le service a été impeccable. À peine nous nous sommes installés notre commande est arrivé en moins de 25 minutes!! Je vous le recommande pour les adeptes de nourriture africaines 💯💯💯
Excellent ! Nous avons pris le plateau mon cousin & moi hier après midi, nous avons été très bien reçu par le Manager & la serveuse. Très belle place, fidèle à la gastronomie ivoirienne ! Les plats, l'assaisonnement, les cocktails, l'accueil 10/10 Je recommande à 100% nous reviendrons ❤?
Un très bon restaurant, on était venu presque à l'heure de la fermeture mais ils ont pris la peine de nous préparer notre commande, en plus tous les plats étaient délicieux, je le recommande vivement.
I usually dont comment. I did a lot of African restaurants & Plantana is the best so far. I have tried many of their menu & it has always been delicious & fresh. Highly recommended
