Nourriture excellente toutefois.
I really like hole in the walls restaurant & this one was just that. We got there between 4:30 & 5:00 pm & it was almost empty, so there were no lines. The staff spoke both English & French. The waitress was really helpful with recommandations. We loved everything. It was all delicious!! I really recommend the Mama thi nems. Crunchy outside & the filling just delicious.
We arrived here quite early on a Tuesday evening & there was no other customers leaving us a bit hesitant at first, however we were pleasantly surprised!
We ordered the chicken bun bowl & the banh Tom poutine. The chicken bun bowl was slightly light for our preference but still delicious. The poutine was so good! Perfect amount of vinegary & savoury the perfect viet/Montreal blend, they used yam fries which help keep it light & everything blended so well together :)
The portions were also quite generous, my husband barely managed to finish the chicken bun bowl, & I got very full 1/2 way through the poutine.
Nice hole in the wall spot in old Montreal!
