I enjoyed my pho (even though it came with chicken & did not have a beef option, which is a bit strange in pho terms), but my girlfriend did not like the tofu. So 4 star is a middle ground. The atmosphere & service were great though.

My wife & I had gone downtown for the day & & at one pointe we got hungry we found petit Sao & decided to give it a try. & we are so happy we did.very reasonable prices & the food & service was amazing & the place is very kinda cool inside it's small & very cool. I would recommend trying it.
EDIT: I have since updated my review after getting in contact with the manager who mentioned that they are working on the way that special requests/notes show up on their tickets because currently they are having an issue with this, & also offered me a complementary meal. Much appreciated!
Original review: Every time I order online for pickup I ask for no coriander/parsley, & every time I still have it on my food. Also this time they forgot my drink, insisted it was in the bag, I get back to my office & it's not there so I have to walk back. The food is great but the attention to detail is severely lacking.
I'm writing this review while I'm still sitting in the restaurant because the meal I just had was THAT GOOD! Please do yourself a favour & come eat here for a delicious Vietnamese meal!
My three kids & two parents ate here after AURA at the Basilica Notre Dame. The space is super cozy & clean & the food was excellent. We tried the Pho, Pad Pho, & Bun. We were very happy with the choice. The prices are much better than the bar-food options nearby & the food is better! The server also was very tolerant & helpful when we had an allergy question.

DANGER. BEWARE. This is the THIRD time I find a foreign material in my food. The first time was a metal washer. I advised for SAFETY concerns they didn't seem to care & offered me a refund which I didn't accept, ridiculous I found metal in my soup! I thought they ask to see it, they explained where they thought it came from & that's about it.
Stopped going for a while then started again, not many options around there.
A few more times I would find chicken bits in a vegetable meal!
BUT Again in two meals we found some kind of wood/ceramic pieces that are NOT food. & of course the wood was at the bottom of the soup so ate two full meals with wood/ceramic at bottom! Pretty sharp edges. THAT'S THE LAST TIME. DISGUSTED.
& guess what else, someone in the kitchen must be sick because after two meals yesterday I'm sick like a dog.
This place is not safe & I have no idea if this only happens to me or if others choose not to advise. At this point it's a SERIOUS safety concern.
