10/10 best restaurant of our trip. BYOB make sure to bring a bottle! Our favorites - beouf braise & medaillon de beouf (puff pastry & short rib). Chocolate lava is to die for. The service, the energy & the food are all amazing.

Super découverte pour nous au Pégase. Le service est excellent & la table gourmande en vaut vraiment la peine. En plus c'est un BYOW alors c'est d'autant plus agréable. Je recommande à 100%. Nous reviendrons
Great place for a NYE dinner! Excellent set menu of delicious food & reasonably priced. I received lots of communication about the night from the restaurant, & we were seated promptly upon arrival. The staff were delightful & everyone in the restaurant appeared to be having a great time. I will return!
Tout était excellent, comme d'habitude. Bonne idée d'avoir remis le mi-cuit au chocolat fondant sur le menu pour le temps des Fêtes, mais il devrait vraiment faire un retour au menu régulier des desserts, svp, c'est le meilleur dessert ! Merci, & Bonne & Heureuse Année 2024 :-)
