J'étais un peu inquiet en rentrant dans un style d'appartement 4 & demi transformé en restaurant. Nous sommes arrivé les premier donc personne dans le restaurant, les serveurs très accueillant, mais habillé normalement (pas d'uniforme) & quand j'ai reçu le menu : une feuille de papier dans une pochette de plastique, je me demandais dans quel genre de restaurant j'avais inviter mes parents! MAIS Mon inquiétude s'est vite dissipée lorsque le serveur nous a expliqué les plats avec une telle précision qui donne l'eau à la bouche. La présentation des plats était magnifique. Le goût aussi était au rendez-vous! Un restaurant français qui mérite le détour. Mon père a même dit en sortant qu'il allait revenir & que c'était une belle découverte ! Les prix sont loin d'être exagéré. Le restaurant était plein dans le temps de le dire! Je le recommande vivement!
Restaurant exceptionnel. Autant au niveau cuisine que service. Pour avoir essayer de bon Restaurant français. Ont avait une petite appréhensions de service hautain. Mais au Pegase. Ont retrouve une cuisine & un service digne d'une EXCELLENT Restaurant & en bonus un ambiances/service très chaleureux. Je recommande à tous le Pegase. En plus, le prix est abordable (2 personnes / 70-80 x2) & c'est un apportez votre vin.

During my recent visit, the restaurant impressed with fantastic food & top-notch service. The staff's caring nature was evident as they allowed time for menu translation & offered a break before dessert. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a positive dining experience. However, the fish lacked crispy skin, & the creme brulee lacked vanilla seeds & a perfectly burnt caramel. These minor flaws aside, the overall experience was memorable, with flavors that delighted the taste buds & attentive service. Recommended, with room for improvement.
It was delicious, & I enjoyed every dish, especially the venison. The owner was very friendly, maybe because the restaurant was recommended by so many people on a Chinese social media Little red book, so most of the customers were Chinese🤣 Hope I'll have a chance to visit again.
Mes mots sont peu pour décrire l'expérience culinaire extraordinaire qu'il m'a été donné de découvrir pour une première chez Le Pégase! Par l'accueil chaleureuse du propriétaire Damien, un très gentil monsieur attentionné! Cet endroit reflète une atmosphère qui vous fera vous sentir comme à la maison. La sélection de nourriture est franchement exquise, ce restaurant est une vraie merveille, je recommande! Les saveurs sont très recherchées, belles présentations des assiettes & le service était impeccable. J'ai adoré touts les plats commandés, j'y reviendrai à coup sûr! Service is really & food is splendid at all times like I always wanted every time I come here. Spent my first birthday with my newly married husband here & it was all I needed. I liked their chicken liver pate that is complimentary with the bread, we both got their turnip soup that is delicious. Then foie gras for me & escargot for him, foie gras has a lot of wine in there that couldn't taste the bad organ at all which I liked. My husband has had bad escargot before but this one he liked as well. My husband wasn't very used to the medium rare lamb but I had a good time with my bison, also with the beet purée that was so flavourful. The dessert was definitely the best ending of the whole meal. Home baked apple pie with ice cream on the side, warm & cold at the same time, perfect ending! Definitely coming back every time I'm in Montreal :) Also special thanks to both servers & hats off to the chef
Hidden in a residential area, is this gem of a restaurant. Small, crammed & loud which ironically all add to its charm. The food was exceptional, beautifully cooked & presented. Every bite was delicious from entre to dessert. The escargot with blue cheese was a symphony of flavor dancing in your mouth. Of course it's a bring your own wine which adds to its appeal. A reservation is a must & on busy nights expect to wait a few minutes until a table frees up.
Tout était délicieux, mais j'étais un peu déçue de la cuisson de l'agneau (trop cuit) alors que j'avais spécifiquement demandé au serveur que je le désirais bien saignant. Pour la bavette de bison, elle dépassait mes attentes & la cuisson était pafaitement saignante. Merci beaucoup!
Un très bon restaurant & sans prétention. Le service est un peu rapide entre chaque plat mais reste que j'ai eu une super expérience & j'ai hâte d'y retourner!

Mis à part, le décor peu présent & l'exiguïté des lieux, nous avons adoré ce resto français. La nourriture était parfaitement apprêtée, goûteuse & généreuse. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la mousse de foie, les entrées d'escargots & de boeuf, de même que les plats de Bavette de bison & de short rib. & pour conclure; tarte tatin & le mourir de chocolat. Extra !
Superbe souper avec un service impeccable. La serveuse Laurence toujours souriante & gentille, ainsi que tout le personnel efficace & sympathique

Absolutely amazing!!! Everything was spectacular. Tried many items on the menu (went with small group) & my favorites were the beef profiteroles & the foccaccia/fried bocconcini, the duck & bison, & the pear & white chocolate cake. but all so so good
I've been here 3x & counting still.... the spread that comes with the bread is to die for (so good that I had to buy some to take home)! Their soup is always so tasty & comforting
Un régal ! Acceuil très sympathique & une cuisine qui fait du bien. Félicitation au Chef cuisto ! Un ceviche qui fait voyager, un ribs de boeuf tellement tendre qu'il se coupe avec la fourchette & un mourir de chocolat exceptionnel 😍 on m'avait beaucoup parlé de se restaurant, maintenant je comprends pourquoi.
