Service: - Waited for 40+ mins for the food - Served us the wrong side & the side arrived after we finished the main plate Food: - Taste is ok but it arrived cold Environment: Loved the vibe but the small tables for two along the sofa can barely fit 2 main plates. I don't understand why they even bother serving brunch there - it's so small that it should only be meant for drinks & small plates for two people. Price: - Definitely expensive for what we experienced todayView more

Plus cher, moins bon qu'avant le déménagement. Ne donnent plus les petits à côtés (mini salade de fruit & jus). Service très lent (50-55mins pour avoir nos plats). Portions généreuses, le pain doré est aussi croustillant & moelleux. Dommage pour le reste.View more

I came to Le Passé Composé for lunch a while ago & tried their 2 Foie Gras Poached Eggs Benedict. The atmosphere was chill & relaxing & the server was quite friendly. The benedict was really good in terms of flavour, texture, overall food ratio/balance, nicely poached eggs, & good turnip/potato. Trying Foie Gras for the first time was interesting as well & the foie gras complimented the food. I would go there again for the food again but it may be better for couples as the dish can feel a bit overwhelming or greasy near the end. Overall, I'd give the experience 8.8/10View more

The best brunch in mtl ! It's worth the wait. I recommend going early as there's always a line. The foie gras poached eggs is delicious & very filling. Brioche bread, poached goose eggs, grade "A" foie gras (Rougié), foie gras sauce, onion jam, prosciutto chips, poppy seeds, arugula sprouts, honey-glazed turnips. It's so rich, so good. Their panko French toast is also a great dish. Highly recommend.View more

J'ai eu l'occasion d'essayer ce resto & je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement surpris. Du service à la clientèle à la qualité de la nourriture & des repas, tous étaient excellents. Le menu est simple, mais ce qui est proposé est très bon. Les prix sont un peu cher, mais justifiable de par la qualité de ce qui est offert aux clients. Je recommande fortement !View more

Original brunch options, like French toast made with panko. People who arrived 20 min late to their reservation got their table sooner than us, even though we were on time for ours. Not a very logical system!View more

J'ai été déçue de mon expérience chez Passé Composé. D'abord, nous avions une réservation & nous avons quand même dû patienter dans l'entrée avant d'être assignés à une table. J'ai pris le pain doré Panko, qui était beaucoup trop frit & lourd. Ça ne goûtait pas du tout le pain doré. Au moins, les fruits étaient bons. Mon plat était accompagné de yogourt grec nature qui goûtait assez mauvais & ne semblait pas frais. Au niveau de l'ambiance, le restaurant est peut-être victime de son succès, car c'est extrêmement bruyant & on ne s'entend pas parler. Si vous êtes assis à une table à côté d'une fenêtre, habillez-vous chaudement, car on gèle. Le service était agréable malgré tout. Les plats sont assez chers, ainsi que les boissons: mon *petit* café latte m'a coûté 8$ avant taxes & ne sortait pas de l'ordinaire. Je ne retournerai pas à ce restaurant.View more

Très bon service de la part de notre serveuse. Très sympathique & joviale. La nourriture est bonne, trop grosse portion (oui oui, c'est possible). Donc on fini par rapporter notre plat. via LibroPremière expérience en famille. Très fréquenté, donc bruyant & s'attendre à une file, même avec réservation. Menú très riche, ou très sucré, pas pour tout le monde. Énorme portions, souvent donnant l'impression de quantité au lieu de qualité.... Les prix ressemblent aux restaurants chics du centre-ville, donc j'irai plutôt à la brasserie Henri....
