We came here today for coffee & pastries. Nothing was bad, however the chocolate almond croissant was very doughy & a bit undercooked, in my opinion. The almond filling was a bit more like a cake texture. Service was good & the place was nice.View more

Disappointed with the experience.
The food really missed the mark. The pistachio cake was oddly textured-closer to jam than cake. The chocolate croissantine was dry, hard, & lacked any real flavor. To top it off, the chai latte tasted like watered-down milk with barely a hint of spice. Unfortunately, nothing lived up to expectations.View more

Délicieuse pâtisserie sans gluten qui offre une jolie gamme de tartelette, éclairs, entremets & viennoiseries tous sans gluten.
J'ai essayé aujourd'hui une part d'un gâteau au riz & tapioca sur une crème composée mangues & poires sans produits laitiers.
Une remarquable fraîcheur, humide & aucun aspects granuleux ou sec. Tout se tient avec grand accords & cohérence.
Bravo, je reviendrai pour essayer d'autre confections.

Wonderful to find such a selection of baked gluten free food in old Montreal. The croissant sandwiches are delicious & the crepe stuffed with egg cheese & spinach was a wonderful breakfast.
I stocked up on croissants to take home & the best is they will ship!

I ate here on the 29th, & was surprised to see a crepe special. The chef was hilarious & made off the menu items, super accommodating! The other workers were also joking around & it made the environment super enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend. OH, did I also mention the food was delicious?View more

Highly recommend this excellent GF bakery! My daughter & I were visiting from the U.S. & tried a bunch of items. We haven't had such delicious croissants since we were diagnosed with Celiac-the taste & texture were amazing. We brought a bunch of the half-baked croissants home with us & they were just as good. Not just the food (which was the best I've tasted in 20+ years with my Celiac diagnosis!), but the people who served it .. Everything about our experience at Le Marquis Signature Santé was delicious. We felt welcomed &, then, welcomed back when we returned for a second meal.
