Menu en 6 services impeccables, plats précis & excellents toujours accompagnés d'une sauce ou d'un jus tous réussis.
Une sorte de petit Mastard.

Je suis de passage sur Montreal, amatrice de gastronomie mediteranéene, c'est une très belle découverte ! Les dégustations sont très variées en saveurs, excellente & l'équipe est géniale ! Je recommande & j'espère qu'ils se feront connaître de plus en plus ! Parlez-en autour de vous !

This is not your typical dining experience - it's a much more fine dining, haut cuisine night out.

There is a tasting menu that you all follow. Cocktails are very nice. Service is formal & pleasant. All the food comes out promptly, & you are given fresh utensils each time to not spoil the tastes!

You must go with an open mind. I am usually picky but I did enjoy this very much! My least favorite for our menu was the quail, as I found the bones inside unappetizing & hard to maneuvre around.

Highly recommend for the fancy night out.

I've enjoyed fine dining in multiple cities & last week Le Godot blew my mind so much that it's a cornerstone of planning my next trip to Montreal. Every single course (& cocktail) was striking in its creativity, complexity, & perfect balance between unexpectedly brilliant pairings. Compté & wasabi? Tuna & strawberry? Shiso & eggplant? But it works! 3 smoky elements in one dish? That could be overpowering, but they layered together to sing like a beautiful scotch. The portions were generous & the price point was incredibke. I will warn that this is not at all fast food & the courses I had took about 3 hours in total. But I relished taking my time with such a meal & I would absolutely wait for Godot again & again.

Ce restaurent est un coup de coeur!
Les produits sont frais, délicieux & locaux!
Lucas, notre serveur, est de la trempe des serveurs comme on en fait plus. Avenant, connaissant, à l'écoute & surtout une personne humaine qui aime son prochain & rend l'expérience extraordinaire!
Je recommande ce restaurent qui n'a rien à envier aux Mousso, Bouillon Billk, etc.

Absolutely incredible food. Service was slow once we weren't the table since it was minimal staff (which is weird for a Friday night). I wasn't comfortable in the booth seating & was quite hot, but honestly the food was next level. A must try in Montreal.
