Our recent dining experience at Le Godot was nothing short of incredible. We opted for the tasting menu, & from the moment we started with a cocktail, it was clear we were in for a treat.

Le Godot's tasting menu was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Each course was thoughtfully crafted, both flavor & presentation. For the price, you honestly can't beat the value this is high-level dining that doesn't break the bank. Every dish felt balanced, & we left completely satisfied, both in terms of food & the overall experience.
We'll definitely be returning to Le Godot. It's one of those spots where you leave knowing you've experienced something special & the fact that it's in Verdun only makes it more of a hidden gem.
Un pur délice ! Du début à la fin. Les cocktails sont sublimes, les entrées, les plats principaux, tout est divin. Ce restaurant est vraiment à recommander.
Nous avons pris le menu dégustation à 80$, avec un cocktail chacun (nous étions 2). Les cocktails sont bons. La nourriture est recherchée, développée & les sauces sont simplement miam ! Les ingrédients sont de belle qualité & tout a super bon goût. Le service était très bien, malgré qu'il y avait 2 grand groupes en même temps.
Une belle découverte pour nous !

Franchement déçu. Nous sommes venus en semaine, c'était très calme à l'intérieur, à peine 3-4 tables. L'ambiance & le service était très bon, rien à dire mais l'attente était très longue pour avoir les plats. Les plats étaient bons mais rien d'extraordinaire surtout pour le prix. En plus beaucoup de boisson était en rupture ( pas de bière, certain cocktail absent) & le restaurant n'avait même plus de pain pour la table alors que le quartier regorge de boulangerie. Nous ne reviendrons pas désolé.
Loved this place so so so much!!! It is my new 5 à 7 go-to. It was ***delicious***, I was tempted to lick my plate. I really recommend the beef tartare. Very relaxing, clean, modern amotsphere. Servers were friendly, & checked-in to fill our water very often (Thank you Nick). I think the prices are fair, especially for the artistic & creative dishes, & the promotions seem like a good deal (I intend to find out for myself!). We each had two dishes & a cocktail, coming to $50-$60 per person. Highly recommended for a relaxed, low-key but special & classy dinner & cocktail.
Always ready to try out a new restaurant in my hood, especially if boozy brunch is served! The cocktail we had, the Julie Wallbanger, was absolutely terrific. Think orange julep, with hooch! The taste & mouth were excellent. The menu had a few classic brunch dishes you would expect from a hip bistro, we went for the avocado toast & chicken & waffles. The C&W was topped with berries & not saucy, so it wasn't too cloying. The elements of the dish could have used a little extra oomph, like something in the waffle batter or maybe a spicy element. The toast had maybe a little too much pico de gallo - it was Cinco de Mayo after all - & the avocado was sorta lost in the shuffle. Overall the dishes were good, not great. Portion sizes were good, we didn't need anything else on the side. Service was excellent, the staff was friendly & our dishes were served quickly. Prices were on par for this kind of place. I want to try the dinner menu, the wine list looked interesting. I'd recommend this place for a date.

Amazing new restaurant! Interior design looks modern. We have ordered a few of their signature cocktails & it was a hit! All the tapas plates we had were fresh & rich in flavour. Will definitely come back.

Tout était parfait ! Les plats étaient délicieux (mention spécial à la poutine, aux dumplings & aux raviolis!). Nous nous sommes régalés. La sélection de vins est très intéressante également & les cocktails délicieux ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment au Godot, & le recommandons absolument !!
