Que dire si ce n'est que Le Géraldine mérite amplement 5 étoiles. Excellente nourriture, service attentif & convivial, belle ambiance. Le fait qu'on peut consulter le menu d'avance & que, ainsi, on puisse choisir le ou les vin(s) pour accompagner les mets est, pour nous, un gros plus.

Simplement incroyable. Un restaurant de ce calibre ou on peut apportez son vin (aucuns frais chargés pour ouvrir le vin), c'est phénoménal... Tous les plats étaient 5 étoiles (peut être 4 * pour la crème brulée, qui était délicieuse mais n'avait pas la consistence d'une crème brulée). Le service était impeccable, par example le serveur qui sortait les flutes à champagne ou les petits verres pour le Sauterne, sans qu'on lui demande).

Nous avons évité le menu gastronomique puis-ce que les plats ne sont pas révélés à l'avance, ce qui ne me semble pas idéal. De toute façon, la différence de prix ne vaut pas la peine de se priver de ce qu'on veut vraiment. Les plats sont expendieux, ceci n'est pas un restaurant de tout les jours - mais à mon avis on en a amplement pour son argent.

Le restaurant est situé dans une charmante vieille maison dans le Vieux St-Eustache, avec portes & boiseries originales... Impeccable, & fortement recommendé.
